On the territory of the Municipality of Dobrich there are persons affected by the state of emergency declared in the country and subsequent epidemic situation resulting from registered cases of COVID-19. They are intended to be assisted by providing 113 persons from the following target groups with a warm lunch: — Persons with no income or low incomes below the poverty line — people in difficulty due to the worsening economic situation in the country, people who, due to their age or disability, are at a higher risk of infection and the adverse course of the infection. — Persons placed in quarantine — without income or with low incomes below the poverty line and have no relatives to support them. — Persons subject to social assistance, for whom a need for additional support has been identified and in the conditions of an exceptional epidemiological situation, are unable to meet their basic vital needs. As main activities of the project are set:1. Identification of target groups.2. Preparation of a warm lunch.3. Providing a warm lunch.4. Implementation of the project will expand the range of social services provided in a home environment by the Municipality of Dobrich and aimed at socially disadvantaged persons, persons with low income or no income, people living alone. This has led to an increase in the quality of life of these shirt groups of the population. (English) | |||||||||||||||

На територията на Община град Добрич има лица засегнати от обявеното в страната извънредно положение и последваща епидемична обстановка произтичаща от регистрирани случаи на заболели от COVID - 19. Предвижда се подпомагането им чрез осигуряване на топъл обяд на 113 лица от следните целеви групи: - Лица без доходи или с ниски доходи под линията на бедност - хора в затруднение поради влошената икономическа обстановка в страната, хора, които поради възрастта си или налични увреждания са в по-висок риск от заразяване и неблагоприятно протичане на инфекцията. - Лица, поставени под карантина - без доходи или с ниски доходи под линията на бедност и нямат близки, които да им окажат подкрепа. - Лица, обект на социално подпомагане, за които е установена нужда от допълнителна подкрепа и в условията на извънредна епидемична обстановка, са в невъзможност да задоволят основните си жизнени потребности.Като основни дейности по проекта са заложени:1. Определяне на целевите групи.2. Приготвяне на топъл обяд.3. Предоставяне на топъл обяд.4. Реализиране на съпътстващи мерки.Осъществяването на проекта ще разшири кръга от социални услуги предоставяни в домашна среда от Община град Добрич и насочени към социално слаби лица, лица с ниски доходи или без доходи, самотно живеещи лица. Това щв доведе до повишаване качесвото на живот на тези ризкови групи от населението. (Bulgarian)
