The project provides for the opening of the social service in the community “Center for working with children on the street” (RCU) in Karlovo with a capacity of 15 seats. The Center for working with street children is a complex of services related to prevention from falling children on the street and dropping out of school, social rehabilitation and integration of children living permanently or partially on the street, through individual work with the child and his family, family counselling and support, medical and sanitation services, education of children, training in parental skills. The main goal of the specialists in the service — social worker, psychologist, medical specialist, pedagogue and assistant educator will be to provide protection and protection for children at risk, provide support to parents for raising the child in a safe and stable family environment, providing day-to-day care and providing conditions for equal access of every child to the overall network of health, social and educational services and acquisition of social skills. The project provides for activities for the selection and recruitment of personnel engaged in the services provided to be opened in Karlovo municipality, as well as training and supervision of staff. The implementation of the project is in implementation of the national policy and is part of the overall process of promoting social inclusion of people from vulnerable groups. The activities envisaged in the project will protect the public interest and will meet the needs of the population, with the measures aimed at improving the quality of life in Karlovo Municipality. After the implementation of the project, the risk of social exclusion of children in the municipality will be reduced. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Проекта предвижда разкриване на социалната услуга в общността „Център за работа с деца на улицата” (ЦРДУ) в гр. Карлово с капацитет 15 места. Центърът за работа с деца на улицата е комплекс от услуги свързани с превенция от попадането на деца на улицата и отпадане от училище, социална рехабилитация и интеграция на деца, живеещи трайно или частично на улицата, чрез индивидуална работа с детето и неговото семейство, семейно консултиране и подкрепа,медицински и санитарно-хигиенни услуги,ограмотяване на децата, обучение в родителски умения. Основна цел на специалистите в услугата - социален работник, психолог, медицински специалист, педагог и помощник възпитател ще е да се осигури закрила и защита на децата в риск, осигуряване на подкрепа на родителите за отглеждане на детето в сигурна и стабилна семейна среда, предоставяне на дневна грижа и осигуряване на условия за равен достъп на всяко дете до цялостната мрежа от здравни, социални и образователни услуги и придобиване на социални умения.Проектът предвижда дейности по подбор и наемане на на персонал, ангажиран в услугите, предвидени да бъдат разкрити в община Карлово, както и обучение и супервизия на персонала. Реализирането на проекта е в изпълнение на националната политика и е част от цялостния процес за насърчаване на социалното включване на хора от уязвими групи. Предвидените дейности в проекта ще защитят обществения интерес и ще отговарят на нуждите на населението, като мерките целят повишаване качеството на живот в Община Карлово. След реализирането на проекта ще бъде намален рискът от социално изключване на деца в общината. (Bulgarian)
