The project proposal is related to the renovation of an impact area with potential for economic development “Gladno Pole”, which will create conditions for optimal use of territorial resources and investments in Plovdiv’s knowledge economy. Actions are in place to improve the urban environment, reduce air pollution and promote noise reduction measures through the integrated renewal of transport infrastructure. As a result, the transport accessibility and connectivity of the economic zone will be increased, which will represent a first step in the long-term vision for its future development as a focus of investment and high-tech activities. Construction of a street network (main and secondary) with development and parking within the full street profile, including full underground technical infrastructure and greenery for public use: St. Petersburg Blvd., Todor Gatev Street — in the section from Bogomil Street to 85.2. Reconstruction, including extension of Lev Tolstoy Street/from General Radko Dimitriev Str. to Bogomil Street/and performance of street landscaping;3. Rehabilitation of existing streets “Bogomil”/from Lev Tolstoy Street to St. Petersburg Blvd. and Radko Dimitriev Str./from Lev Tolstoy Street to Georgi Str. Проектното предложение е свързано с обновяването на зона за въздействие с потенциал за икономическо развитие „Гладно поле”, с което ще се създадат предпоставки за оптимално използване на териториалните ресурси и за инвестиции в пловдивска икономика на знанието. Заложени са действия за подобряване на градската околна среда, намаляване на замърсяването на въздуха и насърчаване на мерките за намаляване на шума чрез комплексно обновяване на транспортна инфраструктура. В резултат ще се повиши транспортната достъпност и свързаност на икономическата зона, което ще представлява първа стъпка от дългосрочната визия за нейното бъдещо развитие като фокус на инвестиции и високотехнологични дейности.Очаквани резултати:1. Изграждане на улична мрежа ( главна и второстепенна) с благоустрояване и паркиране в рамките на пълния уличен профил, включително на пълна подземна техническа инфраструктура и зеленина за широко обществено ползване: бул. „Санкт Петербург“, ул. „Тодор Гатев“ – в участъка от ул. „Богомил“ до о.т.85.2. Реконструкция, включително разширяване на ул. „Лев Толстой“ / от ул. "Генерал Радко Димитриев" до ул "Богомил" / и изпълнение на улично озеленяване;3. Рехабилитация на съществуващи улици „Богомил“ / от ул. "Лев Толстой" до бул. "Санкт Петербург"/ и ул.„Радко Димитриев“ / от ул. "Лев Толстой" до ул.
