The project proposal provides for a major renovation of a municipal property building, in which the Center for Work with Street Children (RCU) will be re-established. The project is part of the Investment Programme of the Municipality of Razgrad and is implemented within the framework of the investment priority “Social infrastructure”, a group of activities “Social Infrastructure”. The project will be located on the second floor of a building with identity No 61710.504.122.2 with an area of 398 sq.m. (conditionally called block A) and the second floor of a building with identity No 61710.504.122.3 with an area of 217 sq.m. (conditionally called block B), which are functionally connected to the project, retaining the entrance to Block B and to Block A a new entrance is designed at the level of the second floor by means of a passerelle accessible to people with disabilities. The site of intervention is located in Orel. The CDCU has a total capacity for 15 users, providing premises, zones and surrounding spaces with the relevant equipment and furnishings, necessary for the full operation of the site and for creating a comfortable, cozy and aesthetic environment for its users. In block A, a room for initial reception, cabinets and staff rooms, rooms for personal belongings, sanitary and laundry facilities, sanitary facilities for staff, workshops of interest, gym for games and physical activities will be located. In block B, two workshops, a living room (common room for group activities), a canteen with spillage, sanitary facilities and bathrooms for the children residing will be located. In order to ensure the envisaged functional solution, it is envisaged to remove all internal partitions, El. and plumbing installations. A staircase arm and installation of a lifting platform will be designed between the two blocks to ensure the movement of children with disabilities. All walls will be thermally insulated and the roof will be thermally and hydro-insulated according to the envisaged energy efficiency measures. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Проектното предложение предвижда извършването на основен ремонт на сграда общинска собственост, в която ще бъде пребазиран Центърът за работа с деца на улицата (ЦРДУ). Проектът е част от Инвестиционната програма на община Разград и се осъществява в рамките на инвестиционен приоритет "Социална инфраструктура", група дейности "Социална инфраструктура".ЦРДУ ще се разположи на втори етаж от сграда с идент.№61710.504.122.2 с площ от 398 кв.м. (условно наречена блок А) и втори етаж от сграда с идент.№61710.504.122.3 с площ от 217 кв.м. (условно наречена блок Б), които с проекта се свързват функционално, като се запазва входа в блок Б, а към блок А се проектира на ниво втори етаж нов вход чрез пасарел достъпен за хора с увреждания. Обектът на интервенция се намира в жк "Орел". ЦРДУ е с общ капацитет за 15 потребителя, като се предвиждат помещения, зони и околни пространства със съответното оборудване и обзавеждане, необходими за пълноценното функциониране на обекта и за създаване на удобна, уютна и естетична среда за неговите ползватели.В блок А ще се разположат помещение за първоначален прием, кабинети и помещения за персонала, помещения за лични вещи, санитари и перално, санитарен възел за персонала, ателиета по интереси, салон за игри и физически занимания. В блок Б ще се разположат два броя занимални, дневна (общо помещение за провеждане на групови занимания), столова с разливочна, санитарни възли и бани за пребиваващите деца. За да се осигури предвиденото функционално решение се предвижда да се премахнат всички вътрешни преградни зидове, Ел. и ВиК инсталации. Между двата блока ще се проектира стълбищно рамо и монтаж на подемна платформа за осигуряване придвижване на деца с увреждания. Всички стени ще се топлоизолират, а покривът ще се топло- и хидроизолира, съгласно предвидените мерки за енергийна ефективност. (Bulgarian)
