The project “Dignified citizens of Kameno Municipality” aims at quality social integration of elderly and disabled people respecting their individual needs and desires to achieve an independent and fulfilling life. The establishment and sustainable development of a Center for hourly provision of services in a home environment is planned, which will provide social, health and psychological support to 24 adults and 36 people with disabilities (including 6 children). The Centre will be recruited and trained in the following composition: 1 social worker, 1 medical worker, 1 rehabilitator, 1 driver, 18 personal assistants, 6 domestic workers. The team will be provided monthly supervision and psychological counseling. The following activities will be carried out: 1.Organisation, management and reporting of the project; 2.Current repair of the material base. Supply of equipment and office equipment. Purchase of a specialised means of transport for people with disabilities; 3.Information and publicity; 4. Training of the staff of the Center for hourly presentation of services in a home environment. Providing psychological support, counselling and supervision to staff. Development of the operating rules of the Center for hourly provision of social services in the home environment. 5.Selection and assessment of the needs of persons wishing to use services in a home environment. Conclusion of contracts with consumers; 6.Provision of hourly health and social services in a home environment according to individual needs and desires. Проект "Достойни граждани на община Камено" цели качествена социална интеграция на възрастни и хора с увреждания при зачитане на индивидуалните им потребности и желания за постигане на независим и пълноценен живот. Планирано е създаване и устойчиво развитие на Център за почасово предоставяне на услуги в домашна среда, който ще предоставя социална, здравна и психологическа подкрепа на 24 възрастни и 36 души с увреждания /в т.ч. 6 деца/. Ще бъде нает и обучен персонал на Центъра в следния състав: 1 социален работник, 1 медицински работник, 1 рехабилитатор, 1 шофьор, 18 лични асистенти, 6 домашни помощници. На екипа ще бъде осигурена месечна супервизия и психологическо консултиране. Ще бъдат реализирани следните дейности: 1.Организация, управление и отчитане на проекта; 2.Текущ ремонт на материалната база. Доставка на оборудване и офис техника. Купуване на специализирано транспортно средство за хора с увреждания; 3.Информиране и публичност; 4.Обучение на персонала на Центъра за почасово представяне на услуги в домашна среда. Предоставяне на психологическа подкрепа, консултиране и супервизия на персонала. Разработване на Правила за дейността на Центъра за почасово предоставяне на социални услуги в домашна среда. 5.Подбор и оценка на потребностите на лица, желаещи да ползват услуги в домашна среда. Сключване на договори с потребителите; 6.Предоставяне на почасови здравни и социални услуги в домашна среда в зависимост от индивидуалните потребности и желания.
