The general objective of the project “Regional Information Centre in the town of Kardzhali — together with the informed citizens” is to increase the awareness of the residents of Kardzhali District and the access to information about the funding opportunities provided by the EU through the activities of OIC-Kardzhali. The specific objectives of the project are related to promoting these opportunities, increasing transparency and public confidence in the processes of implementation and management of operational programmes. The main activity of the project is related to ensuring the functioning of the Kardzhali RIC in the period 2019-2021. The experts in the centre will continue to provide information free of charge to potential beneficiaries about the opportunities to apply under the operational programmes. They will also organise information events in the 7 municipalities of the Kardzhali District. Citizens will be provided with materials on the objectives, ways and opportunities for funding from ESIF in Bulgaria. During the implementation of the project, 51 information events and 3 national initiatives will be held, a leaflet and a guide “Europe and us” will be distributed. The conception of the project proposal is in line with the main objectives of the National Communication Strategy and its realisation will contribute to their achievement. The implementation of the principles of partnership, promotion of equality between men and women and non-discrimination, as well as sustainable development, plays a leading role in the activities of Kardzhali. The experts from the centre provide information and invite citizens to participate in the events, regardless of their gender, age, religion, health and social status. The events involve representatives of different stakeholders, encouraging the establishment and maintenance of partnerships between them. The provision of information by the EIC on good practices in various fields is aimed at developing green administration and business, sustainable and efficient use of resources to protect the environment. Общата цел на проекта "Областен информационен център в град Кърджали - заедно с информираните граждани" е чрез дейността на ОИЦ-Кърджали да се повиши информираността на жителите на Област Кърджали и достъпа до информация за възможностите за финансиране, които се предоставят от ЕС. Конкретните цели на проекта са свързани с популяризирането на тези възможностите, повишаване прозрачността и на общественото доверието към процесите на изпълнение и управление на оперативните програми. Основната дейност на проекта е свързана с осигуряване на функционирането на ОИЦ - Кърджали в периода 2019-2021 г. Експертите в центъра ще продължат да предоставят безплатно информация на потенциалните бенефициенти за възможностите за кандидатстване по оперативните програми. Те ще организират и информационни събития в 7-те общини на Област Кърджали. На гражданите ще се предоставят материали относно целите, начините и възможностите за финансиране от ЕСИФ в България. При реализирането на проекта ще бъдат проведени 51 информационни събития и 3 национални инициативи, ще бъдат разпространени дипляна и наръчник "Европа и ние". Концепцията на проектното предложение съответства на основните цели на Националната комуникационната стратегия и реализирането му ще допринесе за постигането им. В дейността на ОИЦ - Кърджали водеща роля има прилагането на принципите на партньорство, насърчаване на равенството между мъжете и жените и недопускане на дискриминация, както и устойчиво развитие. Експертите от центъра предоставят информация и канят за участие в събитията граждани, независимо от техния пол, възраст, религия, здравен и социален статус. В събитията се включват представители на различни заинтересовани страни, което насърчава изграждането и поддържането на партньорства между тях. Предоставянето на информация от ОИЦ за добри практики в различни сфери е насочено към развитие на екологосъобразна администрация и бизнес, устойчиво и ефикасно използване на ресурсите за опазване на окол.среда.
