The main objective of the project “Technical assistance for improving the administrative capacity of Kardzhali Municipality” is to increase the administrative capacity of the Municipal Administration of Kardzhali, related to the management and implementation of the Investment Programme under Priority Axis 1 “Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development” of OP “Regions in Growth” 2014-2020. The specific objectives of the project are related to improving the administrative capacity of the experts in Kardzhali Municipality in order to manage and implement the investment programme under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001.039 “Implementation of Integrated Urban Reconstruction and Development Plans” under OP “Regions in Growth” 2014-2020. The main activities of the project are aimed at providing remuneration for experts from the Investment Programme Management Team and the Intermediate Body, providing external evaluators to participate in the evaluation committees. The project also includes participation in urban networking and events at EU level related to integrated urban sustainable development. The publicity of the implementation of the project activities will be ensured by providing regular press releases to the media and by displaying an explanatory plaque and poster. Основната цел на проект "Техническа помощ за подобряване на административния капацитет на Община Кърджали" е повишаване на административния капацитет на Общинска администрация Кърджали, свързан с управление и изпълнение на Инвестиционната програма по Приоритетна ос 1 „Устойчиво и интегрирано градско развитие“ на ОП «Региони в растеж» 2014-2020 г. Специфичните цели на проекта са свързани с подобряване на административния капацитет на експертите в Община Кърджали с оглед управление и изпълнение на инвестиционната програма по процедура BG16RFOP001-1.001.039 «Изпълнение на интегрирани планове за градско възстановяване и развитие» по ОП «Региони в растеж» 2014-2020 г. , както и със създаване на условия за ефективно функциониране на Междинното звено за оценка на проекти по Приоритетна ос 1 на ОП „Региони в растеж” 2014-2020 г.” в Община Кърджали. Основните дейности на проекта са насочени към осигуряване на възнаграждения за експертите от екипа за управление на Инвестиционната програма и от Междинното звено, осигуряване на външни оценители за участие в комисиите по оценка. По проекта са предвидени и участия в създаване на градски мрежи и в прояви на равнище ЕС, свързани с интегрирано градско устойчиво развитие. Публичността на изпълнението на дейностите по проекта ще се осигури чрез предоставяне на редовни прес-съобщения до медиите и поставяне на обяснителна табела и плакат. (Bulgarian)
