The project is designed to manage the water cycle of the town of Vratsa and covers a water supply network, sewerage network and waste water treatment plant (WWTP). The integrated project is divided into two phases. The first phase was implemented in the programming period 2017-2013 of OPE. The second phase of the project provides for the complete completion of the reconstruction of the urban WSS network and the reconstruction of the WWTP Vratsa, as well as the full implementation of the rehabilitation of the steel and reconstruction of an existing asbestos-cement pipeline from a dam. The second phase of the project includes: •Reconstruction and rehabilitation of 17.62 km of water supply network, in which there are many drills and leakages. •Reconstruction and rehabilitation of 2.35 km of existing main waste water collectors in Vratsa. •Reconstruction and rehabilitation of 7.59 km secondary sewerage network • Extension of the sewerage network by 8.77 km in two districts of Vratsa — Kulata and Bistretz. as well as on streets in Vratsa. •Rehabilitation of existing steel plumbing and reconstruction of existing asbestos-cement pipeline from a dam. Проектът е предназначен за управление на водния цикъл на гр. Враца и обхваща водопроводна мрежа, канализационна мрежа и Пречиствателна станция за отпадъчни води (ПСОВ). Интегрираният проект е разделен на две фази. Първа фаза се изпълни в програмен период 2017-2013 на ОПОС. Втора фаза на проекта, предвижда цялостното завършване на реконструкцията на градската ВиК мрежа и реконструкцията на ПСОВ гр. Враца, както и цялостно изпълнение на рехабилитация на стоманения и реконструкция на съществуващ захранващ азбестоциментов водопровод от яз. Среченска бара до гр. Враца. Във втората фаза на проекта се включва:•Реконструкция и рехабилитация на 17, 62km водоснабдителна мрежа, в която има много пробиви и течове.•Реконструкция и рехабилитация на 2,35km съществуващи главни колектори за отпадъчни води във Враца.•Реконструкция и рехабилитация на 7,59km второстепенна канализационна мрежа•Удължаване на канализационната мрежа с 8,77 km в два квартала на Враца – Кулата и Бистрец, както и на улици във Враца.•Рехабилитация на съществуващ стоманен водопровод и реконструкция на съществуващ азбестоциментов водопровод от яз. Среченска бара до гр. Враца – 33,3km•Одобряване на работен проект (РП) и подробен устройствен план - парцеларен план (ПУП-ПП), учредяване на сервитут, уреждане на вещните права, получаване на разрешение за строеж за реконструкция на захранващ водопровод от яз. Среченска бара до гр. Враца•Завършване на пълното обновяване на ПСОВ с ново механично и електрооборудване, изграждане на нови и обновяване на стари сгради и съоръжения за постигане на съответствие с изискванията на ЕС и българските изисквания за опазване на околната среда.•Строителен надзор• Авторски надзор по време на строителството на градската Вик мрежа и на захранващия водопровод от яз.
