The project provides for the provision of a warm lunch to persons from the municipality of Kuklen falling within the following target groups: •Persons and families receiving monthly support under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of the Rules for the Implementation of the Social Assistance Act; • Persons with proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them, established by the relevant Social Assistance Directorate; Lonely living persons and families in receipt of minimum retirement pensions; for invalidity; survivors’ pensions; non-work-related pensions; The project activities will continue and extend the scope of the current until 30.04.2016. “Public Dining Room” — Kuklen, financed by the Social Protection Fund, MLSP. During its implementation, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid double funding and duplication of activities covered. With the administrative capacity of the municipality, beneficiaries of the project will be selected on the basis of a list of persons provided by the NSP Rhodopes and a pre-written selection mechanism. The implementation of the next two activities under the project — purchasing food products and providing a warm lunch is foreseen through their direct award to a contractor in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. The ready-made food will be obtained in three ways: in the premises of the applicant — for the residents of the town of Kuklen; delivery to settlements — for residents of municipal villages; on-site delivery — for hard-to-removable persons. It is foreseen that the provision of a warm lunch will start from 01.11.2016. Up to 50 users from the towns of Kuklen and Ruen will be covered. From 01.05.2017 60 users will be covered. The provision of the service is scheduled to take place within 38 months — on working days. During the implementation of the project, accompanying measures will be provided to users. Проекта предвижда предоставяне на топъл обяд на лица от община Куклен, които попадат в обхвата на следните целеви групи: •Лица и семейства на месечно подпомагане по реда и условията на чл. 9 от Правилника за прилагане на Закона за социално подпомагане;•Лица с доказана липса на доходи и близки, които да се грижат за тях, установено от съответната дирекция „Социално подпомагане“; •Самотно живеещи лица и семейства, получаващи минимални пенсии - за осигурителен стаж и възраст; за инвалидност; наследствени пенсии; пенсии, несвързани с трудова дейност; Дейностите по проекта ще продължат и разширят обхвата на действащата до 30.04.2016г. „Обществена трапезария“ – гр.Куклен, финансирана от Фонд „Социална закрила“, МТСП. По време на изпълнението му ще бъдат взети необходимите мерки за избягване на двойно финансиране и дублиране на обхванатите дейности. С административен капацитет на общината ще бъдат подбрани бенефициенти по проекта, въз основа на предоставен от ДСП Родопи списък с лица, и предварително разписан механизъм за подбор. Изпълнението на следващите две дейности по проекта-закупуване на хранителни продукти и осигуряване на топъл обяд е предвидено чрез директното им възлагане на изпълнител по реда на Закона за обществените поръчки. Готовата храна ще се получава по три начина: в обект на кандидата– за жителите от гр.Куклен; доставка по населени места - за жителите на общинските села; доставка на място – за трудно подвижни лица. Предвижда се предоставянето на топъл обяд да стартира от 01.11.2016г. Ще бъдат обхванати до 50 потребителя от гр.Куклен и с.Руен.От 01.05.2017 г ще бъдат обхванати 60 потребители. Предоставянето на услугата е предвидено да бъде в рамките на 38 месеца – в работните дни. По време на изпълнение на проекта ще се предоставят съпътстващи мерки на потребителите. (Bulgarian)
