The project proposal is aimed at the implementation of energy measures in a building of the state administration aimed at improving energy and efficiency, which in turn will contribute to reducing the final energy consumption and thus extending the life of the building. In the project, the site of intervention is a building of District/Police/Government, Belogradchik, public state property located in the town of Belogradchik, Sq. “Renaissance” 3. The implementation of the project activities aimed at the energy renovation of the building will benefit not only the users, by employees employed under the employment code, but also the citizens of the city in terms of architecturally renovated building and modern urban environment. Even more, the improvement of the external appearance and the overall vision of the intervention site will create conditions for a better working environment, comfort and improvement of the quality of the living environment. The planned implementation activities are in line with the prescribed measures in energy and technical audits for the building, leading to improvement of the overall energy performance of the building, but also improvement in terms of structural stability. Проектното предложение е насочен към внедряване на енергийни мерки в сграда на държавната администрация, целящо подобряване на енергийната и ефективност, което от своя страна ще допринесе за намаляване на крайното потребление на енергия и съответно удължаване на експлоатационния живот на сградата. В проекта обекта на интервенция е сграда на Районно /полицейско/ управление, Белоградчик, публична държавна собственост, находяща се в гр. Белоградчик, пл. „Възраждане” № 3. С реализацията на проектните дейности, насочени към енергийното обновяване на сградата ще са облагодетелствани не само ползвателите, от страна заети по трудовия кодекс служители, но и гражданите на града от гледна точка на архитектурно обновена сграда и осъвремена градска среда. Още повече подобряването на външния облик и цялостната визия на обекта на интервенция ще се създадат условия за по-добра работна среда, комфорт и повишаване качеството на жизнената среда. Предвидените дейности за изпълнение са в съответствие с предписаните мерки в енергийни и технически обследвания за сградата, водещи до подобряване както на цялостните енергийни характеристики на сградата, но и подобряване по отношение на конструктивна устойчивост.
