The subject of this project proposal is the repair and purchase of equipment for the existing facilities of Domestic Social Patronage — Krumovgrad. It is necessary to carry out construction and renovation works in premises benefiting from the Domestic Social Patronage — Krumovgrad, located on the first floor of a building in UPI I, quarter. 23 on the detailed spatial plan of Krumovgrad. These rooms are designed for dining room, kitchen with cold and hot processing areas, washroom, corridors, office, kitchen, charging entrance and warehouses. According to the prepared bill of quantities, activities are planned for trade of existing paint on walls and ceilings, plastering of walls and ceilings and painting them, as well as repair of the suction system. It is also intended to replace existing wooden doors. All construction works are described in detail in a bill of quantities, an integral part of the project proposal. In addition, the purchase of dining tables and chairs for the patronage room as well as a car for the delivery of food to consumers’ homes is envisaged. Article 151(1)(1) of the Spatial Planning Act does not require a building permit to be issued for the subject-matter of the project proposal. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Предмет на настоящото проектно предложение е извършването на ремонт и закупуването на оборудване за съществуващата материална база на Домашен социален патронаж - Крумовград. Налага се извършването на строително-ремонтни дейности в помещения, ползващи се от Домашния социален патронаж - Крумовград, находящи се на първи етаж от сграда в УПИ I, кв. 23 по подробния устройствен план на гр. Крумовград. Посочените помещения са с предназначение за столова, кухня с кътове за студена и топла обработка, умивалня, коридори, офис, кухня, вход за зареждане и складове. Съгласно изготвената количествено-стойностна сметка са предвидени за извършване дейности по изтъргване на съществуваща боя по стени и тавани, шпакловане на стени и тавани и боядисването им, както и ремонт на аспирационната система. Предвидено е също така да се подменят съществуващите дървени врати. Всички строително-монтажни работи са описани подробно в количествена сметка, неразделна част от проектното предложение. Освен това се предвижда закупуването на маси и столове за трапезарията на патронажа, както и на лек автомобил за разнос на храна до домовете на потребителите. Съгласно разпоредбата на чл. 151, ал. 1, т. 1 от Закона за устройство на територията не се изисква издаване на разрешение за строеж за обекта, предмет на проектното предложение. (Bulgarian)
