Providing a warm lunch to the most vulnerable social groups in the municipality of Gotse Delchev in order to reduce the number of people living in poverty by overcoming a basic material deprivation.The main activity of the project is the preparation and distribution of hot meals (in accordance with the requirements of the operational programme) to eligible target groups once a day on working days of the week, during the period February-December 2021. The preparation and delivery of the food will be carried out by a contractor selected in accordance with the applicable national legislation. Food will comply with the norms of healthy and balanced diet. Will be provided packaged in individual packages. The lunch of the hard-to-moving, sick or quarantined persons in the town of Gotse Delchev and the villages from the municipality will be delivered to their homes by a specialised transport of the contractor. Consumers in the villages, who are not prevented, will receive their food at a predetermined time in front of the town hall from the food transporter, subject to the containment requirements. Gotse Delchev Municipality will create the necessary organisation so that if there is a prepared but not received lunch, it can be redistributed to predefined needy people. The project will also implement accompanying measures meeting the needs of the target groups and the requirements of the funding programme. Осигуряване на топъл обяд на най-уязвимите социални групи в община Гоце Делчев с цел намаляване броя на живеещите в бедност лица чрез преодоляване на основно материално лишение.Основната дейност по проекта е приготвяне и раздаване на топла храна (съобразно изискванията на оперативната програма) на допустими целеви групи веднъж дневно в работните дни от седмицата, през периода февруари-декември 2021 г. Приготвянето и доставянето на храната ще се извършва от изпълнител, избран съгласно приложимото национално законодателство. Храната ще бъде съобразена с нормите за здравословно и балансирано хранене. Ще се предоставя пакетирана в индивидуални опаковки. Обядът на трудно подвижните, лежащо болните или карантинирани лица в гр. Гоце Делчев и селата от общината, ще се доставя в домовете им от специализиран транспорт на изпълнителя. Потребителите в селата, които не са възпрепятствани, ще получават храната си в предварително определен час пред кметството от транспортиращия храната автомобил, при спазване на противоепидемичните изисквания. Община Гоце Делчев ще създаде необходимата организация, така че ако има приготвен, но неполучен обяд, той да бъде преразпределен на предварително определени нуждаещи се хора. По проекта ще бъдат изпълнени и съпътстващи мерки, отговарящи на нуждите на целевите групи и изискванията на финансиращата програма. Община Гоце Делчев ще осъществи необходимите дейности, свързани с информиране и публичност на подкрепата на ФОНДА ЗА ЕВРОПЕЙСКО ПОДПОМАГАНЕ НА НАЙ–НУЖДАЕЩИТЕ СЕ ЛИЦА 2014-2020 г. (ФЕПНЛ) (Bulgarian)
