The project “Providing adequate and effective infrastructure for providing new social services for persons with disabilities and elderly people in Plovdiv” aims to establish a Center for Support of Persons with different forms of dementia with capacity of 15 persons and a Centre for Care for the Elderly Incapable of Self-service with a capacity of 15 persons in Plovdiv. The specific objectives of the project will be realised through the implementation of the activities foreseen therein, namely: 1.Organisation and management of the project; 2.Public procurement and selection of project contractors; 3. Providing information and communication on the project; 3. Construction of effective social infrastructure for provision of 2 new social services in Plovdiv Municipality; 4. Construction supervision and conformity assessment; 5. Delivery and installation of equipment and furniture under the project. With a view to the complete and effective construction of the new social services, engineering will be carried out within the framework of the project to provide the necessary technical and execution documentation for the appropriate implementation and follow-up of the implementation of the infrastructure interventions. The project will create conditions for the provision of quality, accessible and effective cross-sectoral long-term care services tailored to the real needs of people with different forms of dementia and older people in a self-service situation. With this project, the Municipality of Plovdiv will have the opportunity to comply with and implement the European and national regulations concerning the replacement of the institutional model of care with community care and the decentralisation of social services in general. Проект "Осигуряване на подходяща и ефективна инфраструктура за предоставяне на нови социални услуги за лица с увреждания и възрастни хора в град Пловдив" цели създаването на Център за подкрепа на лица с различни форми на деменция с капацитет 15 лица и Център за грижа за възрастни хора в невъзможност за самообслужване с капацитет 15 лица в град Пловдив. Специфичните цели на проекта ще бъдат реализирани чрез изпълнение на предвидените в него дейности, а именно: 1.Организация и управление на проекта; 2.Провеждане на обществени поръчки и избор на изпълнители по проекта; 3. Осигуряване на информация и комуникация по проекта; 3. Изграждане на ефективна социална инфраструктура за предоставяне на 2 нови социални услуги в Община Пловдив; 4. Строителен надзор и оценка на съответствието; 5. Доставка и монтаж на оборудване и обзавеждане по проекта. С оглед цялостното и ефективно изграждане на новите социални услуги, в рамките на проекта, ще бъде извършен инженеринг, който да осигури необходимата техническа и екзекутивна документация за целесъобразното изпълнение и проследяване реализацията на инфраструктурните интервенции. Проектът ще създаде условия за предоставяне на качествени, достъпни и ефективни междусекторни услуги за дългосрочна грижа, съобразени с реалните потребности на лицата с различни форми на деменция и възрастните хора в невъзможност от самообслужване. С настоящия проект, Община Пловдив ще има възможността да спази и приложи европейските и национални нормативи, касаещи замяната на институционалния модел на грижа с грижа в общността и децентрализацията на социалните услуги като цяло.
