Among the ethnic minorities in the municipality of Krumovgrad there are various factors fuelling poverty — early school drop-out, low education, long-term unemployment and lack of working habits, limited employment opportunities, poor living conditions, lack of access to health, social and educational services. There is a need for a comprehensive anti-poverty intervention to help families from minority groups provide opportunities for social inclusion and development for their children. As a comprehensive response to these problems will be the project “Socio-economic integration of marginalised communities in Krumovgrad Municipality”.The objective of the project proposal is the socio-economic integration of marginalised population groups by improving access to employment, social and health services and creating conditions for overcoming negative stereotypes. The project is aimed at identifying people from the target group, depending on the specific characteristics of the individual, activities will be realised in activation, improvement of access to employment, improvement of access to social and health services. Individual and group tools will be applied to unemployed and inactive people to attract and motivate them to register with the Labour Office and encourage inclusion in employment. Conditions for employment will be created; formation of active behaviour in the labour market; acquisition of work skills; improving living conditions by solving the problem of employment.According to the specific needs of the representatives of the target group will be worked towards improving access to and provision of quality social and health services. The project will involve: mediator and healthcare professional who will work to reach out to representatives of marginalised groups. The most motivated targeted persons will be appointed to different structures of Krumovgrad Municipality for a period of 6 months. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Сред етническите малцинства в община Крумовград са налице различни фактори, подхранващи бедността – ранно отпадане от училище, ниско образование, трайна безработица и липса на трудови навици, ограничени възможности за заетост, лоши битови условия, липса на достъп до здравни, социални и образователни услуги. Съществува необходимост от комплексна интервенция, насочена срещу бедността, която да подпомогне семействата от малцинствените групи да осигурят шансове за социално включване и развитие на своите деца. Като комплексен отговор на тези проблеми ще бъде проект „Социално-икономическа интеграция на маргинализирани общности в община Крумовград".Целта на проектното предложение е социално-икономическата интеграция на маргинализираните групи от населението чрез подобряване достъпа до заетост, социални и здравни услуги и създаване на условия за преодоляването на негативните стереотипи.Проектът е насочен към идентифициране на лица от целевата група, като в зависимост от конкретната характеристика на отделното лице ще бъдат реализирани дейности по активиране, подобряване на достъпа до заетост, подобряване достъпа до социални и здравни услуги. За безработните и неактивни лица ще бъдат прилагани индивидуални и групови инструменти за привличането и мотивирането им за регистрация в бюрото по труда и насърчаване за включване в заетост. Ще бъдат създадени предпоставки за заетост; формиране на активно поведение на пазара на труда; придобиване на трудови умения; подобряване условията на живот чрез решаване на проблема за трудова заетост.Според специфичните потребности на представителите на целевата група ще се работи в посока подобряване достъпа до и предоставяне на качествени социални и здравни услуги. По проекта ще бъдат ангажирани: медиатор и медицински специалист, които ще работят за достигане до представителите на маргинализираните групи. Най-мотивираните лица от целевата група ще бъдат назначени в различни структури на Община Крумовград за срок от 6 месеца. (Bulgarian)
