The project proposal provides for implementation of activities for activation of economically inactive young people, psychological support, social and professional integration of people from the target groups with a focus on highly vulnerable groups to promote their participation in the labour market and to create skills for successful job management and adaptation to the working conditions when they are included in employment. The project will organise and conduct motivational training and training on key competences 4 “Digital Competence”, which will provide an opportunity for those trained for future realisation on the labour market. In view of the development of information and communication technologies and the growth of the volume of information available on the Internet, there is a need to possess specific knowledge and skills to work with the existing technological infrastructure by each of us. Improving skills and knowledge contributes to the successful realisation of the persons on the labour market, their retention and, above all, to increasing their opportunities for professional development. Another main activity is organising and conducting trainings focused on the development of social competences in order to motivate the ambition for independence, self-affirmation, self-expression and personal growth of the most vulnerable part of society. The project will help improve access to employment and overcome poverty and social exclusion by providing employment in the municipality of Kirkovo for a period of 12 months for 20 people from highly vulnerable groups in the labour market. В проектното предложение е предвидено реализиране на дейности за активиране на икономически неактивни младежи, психологическо подпомагане, социална и професионална интеграция на лица от целевите групи с фокус върху силно уязвими групи за насърчаване участието им на пазара на труда и създаване на умения за успешно справяне на работното място и адаптиране към работните условия при включването им в заетост. В рамките на проекта ще се организира и проведе мотивационно обучение и обучение по ключова компетентност 4 „Дигитална компетентност”, което ще предостави възможност на обучените за бъдеща реализация на пазара на труда. С оглед развитието на иформационните и комуникационни технологии и нарастването на обема на наличната информация в Интернет възниква необходимостта от притежаване на специфични знания и умения за работа със съществуващата технологична инфраструктура от всеки един от нас.Подобряването на умения и знания допринася за успешното реализиране на лицата на пазара на труда, за тяхното задържане и най-вече за повишаване на възможностите им за професионално развитие. Друга основна дейност е организиране и провеждане на тренинг-обучения фокусирани върху развитието на социалните компетенции с цел да се мотивира амбицията за независимост, себеутвърждаване, себеизява и личностно израстване на най-уязвимата част от обществото. Проектът ще спомогне за подобряване достъпа до заетост и преодоляване на бедността и социалното изключване чрез осигуряване на заетост в община Кирково за период от 12 месеца на 20 лица от силно уязвими групи на пазара на труда.
