Petrich Municipality strives to provide social services that support and expand the opportunities of individuals to lead an independent lifestyle. The development of social services in the municipality is of particular importance in order to overcome social exclusion and ensure a dignified way of life for certain groups at risk. An ageing population at a smooth pace, negative natural and mechanical growth is one of the main challenges for the municipality. This proposal provides for the provision of services in the home environment, with hourly mobile health and social services being provided at home for persons with disabilities and the elderly over 65 years old, without self-service. It is planned to provide psychological support and counselling, as well as furniture, equipment and training and supervision of staff. The project will create a sustainable model for providing quality services to people with disabilities and elderly people living on the territory of Petrich municipality. Integrated social and health services will be provided to achieve a social impact on people from vulnerable groups. The self-confidence and positive attitude of these people towards the state’s social policy and their belief that they are not forgotten and have someone to take care of them will be increased. The project activities will contribute to the expansion of social contacts and integration links between the participants and the target groups. The project will be implemented by applying the model for provision of hourly mobile integrated health and social services and staff training, in accordance with the measures set out in the Action Plan for the period 2018-2021. Община Петрич се стреми да осигури социални услуги, които да подпомагат и разширяват възможностите на лицата да водят самостоятелен начин на живот. Развитието на социалните услуги в общината е от особена важност за преодоляване на социалната изолация и за осигуряване на достоен начин на живот на определени рискови групи от населението. Застаряване на населението с плавни темпове, отрицателен естествен и механичен прираст е едно от основните предизвикателства пред общината. Настоящото предложение предвижда предоставяне на услуги в домашна среда, като ще бъдат осигурени почасови мобилни здравно-социални услуги по домовете за лица с увреждания и възрастни хора над 65 г. в невъзможност за самообслужване. Планира се предоставянето на психологическа подкрепа и консултиране, както и обзавеждане, оборудване и обучение и супервизия на персонала. По проекта ще бъде създаден устойчив модел за предоставяне на качествени услуги на лица с увреждания и възрастни хора, живущи на територията на община Петрич. Ще се предоставят интегрирани социално-здравни услуги, с които се цели постигане на социален ефект спрямо лица от уязвими групи. Ще се повиши самочувствието и позитивната нагласа на тези хора към политиката на държавата в социалната сфера и вярата им, че не са забравени и има кой да се грижи за тях. Дейностите по проекта ще допринесат за разширяване на социалните контакти и интеграционни връзки между участниците и целевите групи.Проектът ще се осъществи чрез прилагане на модела за предоставяне на почасови мобилни интегрирани здравно-социални услуги и обучение на персонала, съобразно заложените мерки в Плана за действие за периода 2018 – 2021 г.
