The aim of this project proposal is to provide sustainable and ecological urban environment and create new opportunities for recreation and recreation of the population by enriching a park at Vazrazhdane Square. It is envisaged that through engineering — design, author’s supervision and construction execution interventions will be implemented to the maximum extent to the specific specifics and spatial characteristics of the site. Construction works for the complete enrichment of the park in terms of architecture, park planning and landscaping will be realised. A survey of the state of the existing wood vegetation will be carried out and the design solution will be consistent with it. Implementation of measures to ensure accessible built environment for people with disabilities is envisaged. The project will carry out activities to assess the compliance of the investment project with the essential requirements for construction works and to carry out construction supervision during construction, an information communication campaign to promote the project and the sources of financing, as well as carrying out an independent financial audit. Целта на настоящето проектно предложение е осигуряване на устойчива и екологична градска среда и създаване на нови възможности за отдих и рекреация на населението чрез облагородяване на парк при площад "Възраждане". Предвижда се чрез инженеринг - проектиране, авторски надзор и изпълнение на строителството да бъдат осъществени интервенции, които в максимална степен да отговарят на конкретните специфики и пространствени характеристики на обекта. Ще се реализират строително монтажни работи за цялостното облагородяване на парка по отношение на архитектура, паркоустройство и озеленяване. Ще се извърши обследване на състоянието на съществуващата дървесна растителност, като проектното решение ще бъде съобразено с него. Предвижда се изпълнение на мерки за осигуряване достъпна архитектурна среда за хора с увреждания. В рамките на проекта ще бъдат осъществени дейности по изготвяне на оценка за съответствие на инвестиционния проект със съществените изисквания към строежите и упражняване на строителен надзор по време на строителството, информационно комуникационна кампания за популяризиране на проекта и източниците на финансиране, както и извършване на независим финансов одит.
