The project proposal provides for the implementation of energy efficiency measures in the buildings of the Municipal Administration — Velingrad and covers: Administrative building owned by Velingrad Municipality/new building/with address: town of Velingrad, 35 Han Asparuh Blvd. and Administrative building owned by Velingrad Municipality/old building/with address: town of Velingrad, 54 Han Asparuh Blvd. In the process of implementation of the project activities are envisaged preparation of a full investment project and execution of construction works in the buildings and includes: ● implementation of all energy-saving measures prescribed as mandatory for buildings in the energy efficiency audit and resulting in at least energy consumption class C;● implementation of structural restoration/strengthening measures prescribed, as mandatory in the technical audit of buildings ● implementation of the other measures prescribed as mandatory in the technical audit;● implementation of measures, related to improving the accessibility of persons with disabilities.The project proposal also includes activities to assess the compliance of investment projects with the essential requirements for construction works and to carry out construction supervision during construction, information communication campaign to promote the project and sources of funding, as well as carrying out independent financial audit. Проектното предложение предвижда внедряване на мерки за енергийна ефективност в сградите на Общинска администрация - Велинград и обхваща: Административна сграда собственост на община Велинград /нова сграда/ с адрес: град Велинград, бул. „Хан Аспарух” №35 и Административна сграда собственост на община Велинград /стара сграда/ с адрес: град Велинград, бул. „Хан Аспарух” №54. В процеса на реализация на дейностите по проекта се предвижда изготвяне на пълен инвестиционен проект и изпълнение на строително монтажни работи в сградите и включва: ● изпълнение на всички енергоспестяващи мерки, които са предписани, като задължителни за сградите в обследването за енергийна ефективност и които водят до най-малко клас на енергопотребление "С";● изпълнение на мерки по конструктивно възстановяване/усилване предписани, като задължителни в техническото обследване на сградите ● изпълнение на останалите мерки, които са предписани, като задължителни в техническото обследване;● изпълнение на мерки, свързани с подобряване на достъпа на лица с увреждания.В проектното предложение са заложени и дейности за изготвяне на оценка за съответствие на инвестиционните проекти със съществените изисквания към строежите и упражняване на строителен надзор по време на строителството, информационно комуникационна кампания за популяризиране на проекта и източниците на финансиране, както и извършване на независим финансов одит.
