The project is innovative for the municipality of Antonovo. It is integration, including eligible partners — the "Six Hawkrebineche" Directorate, Antonovo, Association "Center for Interethnic Dialogue and Tolerance "AMALIPE", Chitalishte "Hristo Botev -1921" and "Krepost" village Stevrek. The project proposal provides for implementation of activities for activation of economically inactive persons, psychological support, social and professional integration of persons from the target groups with a focus on the Roma community promoting their participation in the labour market and creating skills for successful job management and adaptation to the working conditions when entering employment. In view of the development of information and communication technologies and the increase in the volume of information available on the Internet, there is a need to possess specific knowledge and skills to work with the existing technological infrastructure by each of us. Employment will be provided to:ü 23 persons, of which: • 20 people from the Municipality; • 3 people will be recruited by PKK “Crepost”.ü 2 labor mediators from the Municipality;ü 2 Educational mediators from Amalipe. Another main activity is raising awareness of the social and health rights of marginalised groups through information campaigns. Promotion of family planning change of practices that have a negative impact on the social inclusion of young people from marginalised communities, raising health culture. Support for children and students from ethnic minorities in the municipality of Antonovo in the field of education, as well as working with parents from the Roma community and the majority to increase interest in education and involvement in the educational process in order to achieve better results. Проектът е иновативен за община Антоново.Той е интеграционен, включващ допустими партньори - ДГ "Шестте ястребинчета" гр. Антоново, Сдружение "Център за междуетнически диалог и толерантност "АМАЛИПЕ", НЧ"Христо Ботев -1921" и ПК "Крепост" с. Стеврек. В проектното предложение е предвидено реализиране на дейности за активиране на икономически неактивни лица, психологическо подпомагане, социална и професионална интеграция на лица от целевите групи с фокус върху ромската общност насърчаване участието им на пазара на труда и създаване на умения за успешно справяне на работното място и адаптиране към работните условия при включването им в заетост.Предвидено е обучение по ключова компетентност 4 „Дигитална компетентност”, което ще предостави възможност на обучените за бъдеща реализация на пазара на труда. С оглед развитието на информационните и комуникационни технологии и нарастването на обема на наличната информация в Интернет възниква необходимостта от притежаване на специфични знания и умения за работа със съществуващата технологична инфраструктура от всеки един от нас. Ще бъде осигурена заетост на:ü 23 души, от които: • 20 души от Общината; • 3 души ще бъдат наети от ПК"Крепост".ü 2 трудови медиатори от Общината;ü 2 Образователни медиатори от АМАЛИПЕ.Друга основна дейност е повишаване информираността относно социалните и здравните права на маргинализираните групи,чрез провеждане на информационни кампании. Насърчаване семейното планиране промяна на практики, имащи негативно влияние върху социалното включване на младите хора от маргинализираните общности, повишаване на здравната култура.Предвидено е подпомагане на деца и ученици от етническите малцинства в община Антоново в сферата на образованието, както и работа с родителите от ромската общност и от мнозинството за повишаване на интереса към образованието и въвличането им в образователния процес, с цел постигане на по-добри резултати.Проектът е с продължителност 31 месеца.
