This project proposal is for reconstruction and rehabilitation of Europe Blvd., Bozhurishte. The work project was developed on the basis of a modification of an existing project under Article 154 ZUT and the requirements of sub-measure 7.2. “Investments in the creation, improvement or expansion of all types of small-scale infrastructure” of Measure 7 “Basic services and village renewal in rural areas” of RDP 2014-2020. The main project for this site was developed in 2016 and is divided into two stages for which a building permit has been issued. This project covers the section from Stage I from km 0+ 182.23 to km 1+ 800.22 of Europa Boulevard. In the project approved in 2016, events have been developed for rehabilitation and reconstruction of sidewalks and lighting along the entire length of Blvd. Europe (in both stages of construction). The present amendment under Article 154 of the ZUT provides that the lighting in stage I will be completely removed and the sidewalks are developed only in the section 1+ 609 to 1+ 705 km. The preparation of this investment project is related to the poor condition of the road pavement and the road elements of Evropa Boulevard, which is the main street in the municipality. The activities foreseen in the project will reduce maintenance costs and will stimulate people to stay in small settlements by improving their quality of life. Through the support of the project proposal aims for a better quality of life for all citizens and guests of the Municipality. Blvd. “Europe” passes through a central urban area and provides access to educational and health institutions, municipal institutions in the city centre. It is also the only connection with Republican Road III-638 Bozhurishte — Breznik, as well as for the villages of Gurmazovo, Zlatusha and Pozharevo.The project proposal provides for renovation works on Europa Blvd. with activities eligible by the funding body, detailed in the investment project and the CC to it. The total length of the route is 1.618 km or 19 728 m² street network and 517.41 m² sidewalks. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Настоящото проектно предложение е за реконструкция и рехабилитация на бул. Европа, гр.Божурище. Работният проект е разработен на основание промяна на съществуващ проект по чл.154 от ЗУТ и изискванията по подмярка 7.2. „Инвестиции в създаването, подобряването или разширяването на всички видове малка по мащаби инфраструктура“ от мярка 7 „Основни услуги и обновяване на селата в селските райони“ от ПРСР 2014 – 2020 г. Основният проект за този обект е разработен през 2016 г. и е обособен в два етапа, за които има издадено разрешение за строеж. Настоящият проект обхваща участъка от I-ви етап от км 0+182,23 до км 1+800,22 от бул. “Европа“. В одобрения от 2016 г. проект са разработени мероприятия по рехабилитация и реконструкция на тротоари и осветление по цялата дължина на бул. Европа (и в двата етапа на строителство). С настоящата промяна по чл.154 от ЗУТ се предвижда осветлението в етап I да отпадне изцяло, а тротоарите са разработени единствено в участъка 1+609 до 1+705 км. Изготвянето на настоящия инвестиционен проект е във връзка с лошото състояние на пътната настилка и пътните елементи на бул. „Европа“, която е основната улица в общината.Дейностите предвидени в проекта ще намалят разходите за поддръжка и ще стимулират хората да останат да живеят в малките населени места чрез подобряването на качеството им на живот. Чрез подкрепата на проектното предложение се цели по-добро качество на живот за всички граждани и гости на Общината. Бул. „Европа“ преминава през централна градска част и осигурява достъпа до учебните и здравните заведения, общинските учреждения в центъра на града. Също така е единствената свързаност с Републикански път ІII-638 Божурище – Брезник, както и за селата Гурмазово, Златуша и Пожарево.Проектното предложение предвижда ремонтни работи на бул. „Европа“ с дейности допустими от финансиращият орган, подробно описани в инвестиционния проект и КС към него. Общата дължината на трасето е 1,618 км или 19 728 м2 улична мрежа и 517,41 м2 тротоари. (Bulgarian)
