The project proposal provides for the implementation of the technical reclamation of Cell 3 of the municipal landfill for non-hazardous waste on the territory of the Municipality of Blagoevgrad. The site is located in a property owned by the Municipality of Blagoevgrad within the boundaries of the existing landfill for household waste. It is located on the border of Teketo locality in the land of the village of Buchino and the Tsalinite locality in the land of the village of Bulgarchevo, Blagoevgrad municipality. Box 3 has been landfilled for years of old household waste and pre-equipped waste from boxes 1 and 2 of municipal waste. The cell is depleted and subject to recultivation. Box 3 is located in the south-west of the site. It is shaped as a dome earth-bulk facility with an average relative ratio. The beaks, berms and billows of a total area of 21.80 acres or 21 800 sq. m. are subject to recultivation. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Проектното предложение предвижда изпълнение на техническа рекултивация на Клетка 3 на общинското депо за неопасни отпадъци на територията на Община Благоевград. Площадката е разположена в имот, собственост на Община Благоевград в границите на съществуващото депо за битови отпадъци. Намира се на границата на местност Текето в землището на с. Бучино и местност Цалините в землището на с. Българчево, община Благоевград. В клетка 3 са депонирани от години стари битови отпадъци и предепонирани иззетите от клетка 1 и 2 битови отпадъци. Клетката е с изчерпан обем и подлежи на рекултивация. Клетка 3 е разположена в югозападната част на площадката. Оформена е като куполоведно земно-насипно съоръжение със средно откосно отношение. На рекултивация подлежат откосите, бермите и билната част на клетката с обща площ 21,80 дка или 21 800 кв. м. (Bulgarian)
