The project activities are implemented within Priority Axis 1 of OP HRD, Investment Priority 1, Specific Objective 1 — increase the number of unemployed or inactive people aged 30-54 and Priority Axis 2 of OP HRD, Investment Priority 2, Specific Objective 1 — increase the number of family members with children/incl. with disabilities/, who have started looking for work or are in employment following integrated social inclusion measures, Specific Objective 2 — increasing the number of people with disabilities who have started looking for work or are in employment, by providing social and health services, including through integrated measures for people with disabilities and their families. The project proposal includes eligible activities under Component 1 and Component 2, with the commitment and complementarity of the measures under both components, as well as the commitment of the target groups. Component 1 provides for the provision of employment for 20 persons with disabilities after provision of mediation services for a period of 6 months, to be adapted and equipped according to their needs, and to provide them with specialised transport to and from the workplace. The activities under Component 2 provide for the separation, repair and equipment of the “Area for Equal Chance”, in which integrated approaches to motivating and encouraging the participation in the labour market of persons will be implemented, carers of dependent family members, including children with disabilities, by providing motivational, psychological or other support to persons, according to their individual needs — labour counselling, medical, social, educational and psychological support to improve access to the labour market on the one hand, and care for children with disabilities, on the other hand, according to their specific needs: individual, group, family, therapeutic workshops (psychomotorics, writing, music, modeling, etc.) (English) | |||||||||||||||

Дейностите по проекта се реализират в рамките на Приоритетна ос 1 на ОП РЧР, Инвестиционен приоритет 1, Специфична цел 1- увеличаване броя на започналите работа безработни или неактивни лица на възраст между 30- 54 г. и Приоритетна ос 2 на ОП РЧР, Инвестиционен приоритет 2, Специфична цел 1- увеличаване на броя на членовете на семейства с деца /вкл. с увреждания/, които са започнали да търсят работа или са в заетост след предоставени интегрирани мерки за социално включване, Специфична цел 2- увеличаване на броя на хората с увреждания, които са започнали да търсят работа или са заети, чрез предоставяне на социалнни и здравни услуги, вкл. чрез интегрирани мерки за хора с увреждания и техните семейства. В проектното предложение са вкл. допустими дейности по Компонент 1 и Компонент 2, като е направена обвързаност и допълняемост на мерките по двата компонента, а също така е осигурена обвързаност и на целевите групи. По Компонент 1 се предвижда да бъде осигурена заетост на 20 човека с увреждания след предоставяне на посреднически услуги за период от 6 месеца, да бъдат адаптирани и оборудвани работните места според техните нужди , както да им бъде осигурен специализиран транспорт от и до работното място.Дейностите по Компонент 2 предвиждат обособяване, ремонт и оборудване на "Пространство за равен шанс", в което да се реализират интегрирани подходи за мотивиране и насърчаване участието на пазара на труда на лица, полагащи грижи за зависими членове на семейства, вкл. деца с увреждания, чрез провеждане на мотивационна, психологическа или друг тип подкрепа за лицата, според техните индивидуални потребности – трудово-правно консултиране, медицинска, социална, образователна и психологическа подкрепа с цел подобряване на достъпа до пазара на труда от една страна, а от друга страна се предоставя грижа за деца с увреждания, в зависимост от специфичните им нужди: индивидуална, групова, фамилна, терапевтични ателиета (психомоторика, писане, музика, моделиране и пр.)
