The implementation of this project proposal will contribute to providing the necessary infrastructure for the creation of a new social service in the municipality of Veliki Preslav, aimed at elderly people with disabilities. This will be achieved by carrying out repairs, reconstruction, construction and modernisation of a municipal building where a center for care for persons with mental retardation will be established, as provided for in the Map of Residential Services and the Community Support Services Map. This will expand the range of public care offered and ensure long-term social inclusion of people living in isolation due to the constant need for care. The subject of intervention is located in the village of Imrenchevo, Veliki Preslav municipality. It is a one-storey semi-massive G-shaped building with a built-up area of 352 square meters. The roof is a wooden construction on a caratavan covered with tiles. The building was built in the 1950s and housed a primary school until 1998. The condition of the building is relatively good, except for the roof, which has rotten wooden elements and decayed parts. Electrical and plumbing installations have been disconnected. The main activities include:1. execution of construction and installation works, including construction, reconstruction, renovation, implementation of energy efficiency measures and development of yard space.2. exercise of author’s supervision;3. exercise of construction supervision;4. drawing up a technical passport;5. supply of furniture and equipment.6. commissioning.The expected results are:1. construction and installation works, including construction, construction and installation, reconstruction, renovation, implementation of energy efficiency measures and development of yard space.2. exercised by author’s supervision3. construction supervision;4. prepared technical passport;5. delivered and installed equipment and furnishing;6. commissioned site. Изпълнението на настоящото проектно предложение ще допринесе за осигуряване на необходимата инфраструктура за разкриване на нова социалнa услугa в община Велики Преслав, насочена към възрастни лица с увреждания. Това ще бъде постигнато чрез извършване на ремонт, преустройство, пристрояване и модернизация на общинска сграда, в която ще бъде създаден център за грижа за лица с умствена изостаналост, съгласно предвиденото в Картата на резидентните услуги и Картата на услугите за подкрепа в общността. По този начин ще се разшири спектъра на предлаганите обществени грижи и ще се гарантира социално включване в дългосрочен план на лица, живеещи в изолация поради постоянната нужда от обгрижване.Обектът на интервенция се намира в с. Имренчево, община Велики Преслав. Представлява едноетажна полумасивна Г-образна постройка със застроена площ 352 кв. м. Покривът е дървена конструкция върху каратаван, покрит с керемиди. Сградата е построена през 50-те години на ХХ-век и в нея до 1998 г. се е помещавало основно училище. Състоянието на постройката е относително добро, с изключение на покрива, който е с прогнили дървени елементи и пропаднали части. Електро и ВиК инсталациите са прекъснати. Основните дейности, включват:1. изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи, включващи пристрояване, реконструкция, обновяване, прилагане на мерки за енергийна ефективност и благоустрояване на дворно пространство.2. упражняване на авторски надзор;3. упражняване на строителен надзор;4. съставяне на технически паспорт;5. доставка на обзавеждане и оборудване.6. въвеждане в експлоатация.Очакваните резултати са:1. изпълнени строително-монтажни работи, включващи пристрояване, реконструкция, обновяване, прилагане на мерки за енергийна ефективност и благоустрояване на дворно пространство.2. упражнен на авторски надзор3. упражнен строителен надзор;4. съставен технически паспорт;5. доставено и монтирано оборудване и обзавеждане;6. въведен в експлоатация обект.
