The implementation of this project and the opening of a public dining room, which will operate all year round, is aimed at the most deprived people in the municipality, people at risk of poverty. The project will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the operational programme and the direct grant operation. 50 representatives of the target groups will be selected, who will be provided with a warm lunch — soup, main meal and bread. The products will be purchased following tendering procedures, in accordance with national legislation. Food for the consumers of the public dining room will be prepared in the Domestic Social Patronage Veliki Preslav, which has many years of experience in providing such a social service. Consumers will be provided with a varied weekly menu, a balanced diet of the target groups will be ensured, food safety requirements and national nutrition standards and standards will be respected. For the provision of a warm lunch for the people of the target groups, the Municipality has adequate facilities and equipment for food preparation and for carrying out the feeding process. For people with difficulties in mobility, food will be delivered to their homes. During the entire period of implementation of the project, accompanying measures will be implemented, which will consist of informing and advising consumers on the opportunities for using social and administrative services, for managing the family budget, for healthy and balanced diets, as well as other forms of support, assistance, individual or group counselling, implemented in response to the identified specific needs and problems of the representatives of the target groups. As a result of the implementation of the project, 50 persons from Veliki Preslav will receive a warm lunch for 10 months and 60 persons for 36 months, their access to social services will be improved and the reduction of poverty and social exclusion will be achieved. Реализацията на настоящия проект и разкриването на обществена трапезария, която ще функционира целогодишно, е насочена към най-нуждаещите лица в общината, към хората в риск от бедност. Проектът ще се осъществи в съответствие с изискванията на оперативната програма и операцията за директно предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ. Ще бъде извършен подбор на 50 представители на целевите групи, на които ще бъде осигурен топъл обяд - супа, основно ядене и хляб. Продуктите ще се закупуват след проведени тръжни процедури, в съответствие с националното законодателство. Храната за потребителите на обществената трапезария ще се приготвя в Домашен социален патронаж гр. Велики Преслав, който е с дългогодишен опит в предоставянето на подобна социална услуга. На потребителите ще се предоставя разнообразно седмично меню, ще се осигурява балансирано хранене на целевите групи, ще се спазват изискванията за безопасност на храните и националните стандарти и норми за хранене. За предоставянето на топъл обяд за лицата от целевите групи Общината разполага с подходяща материална база и оборудване за приготвяне на храна и за осъществяване на процеса на хранене. За хората със затруднения в придвижването, храната ще бъде доставяна до домовете им.През целия период на изпълнението на проекта ще се реализират съпътстващи мерки, които ще се изразяват в информиране и консултиране на потребителите относно възможностите за ползване на социални и административни услуги, за управление на семейния бюджет, за здравословно и балансирано хранене, както и други форми на подкрепа, съдействие, индивидуално или групово консултиране, реализирани в отговор на установени конкретни нужди и проблеми на представителите на целевите групи.В резултат на изпълнението на проекта 50 лица от община Велики Преслав ще получават топъл обяд в продължение на 10 месеца и 60 лица в продължение на 36 месеца, бъде подобрен достъпът им до социални услуги и ще се постигне намаляване на бедността и на социалната изолация.
