The project aims to prevent social exclusion and reduce poverty by providing integrated services to support children from 0-7 years and their families. The services are complex in nature and are aimed at supporting families in raising children, as well as improving the child-parent relationship. The services are divided in view of the target groups — services for future parents, services for parents and children under 3 and up to 7 years of age. The focus of services for children under 3 years of age and their families is mainly on the formation and development of parental skills.The support of future parents and those with very young children is mainly carried out in two ways: through mobile work and through services provided in the Community Centre appropriately equipped by PSV.Mobile work aims to support parents in coping with the child’s needs and emerging challenges in the environment in which they live. The services provided outside the home of the child and his/her family aim to build a space that meets the needs of the users. For children from 3 to 7 years, the main goal is to integrate in kindergartens and improve school readiness. Among other activities, the core services focus on group and individual work with children and families. Transport will be provided for children whose families cannot secure their mobility. With the realisation of the project activities will be the opportunity to continue the integrated early childhood development services under the Social Inclusion Project (funded by Loan 7612BG by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the period 2008-2015). Проектът цели превенция на социалното изключване и намаляване на бедността чрез предоставяне на интегрирани услуги в подкрепа на деца от 0-7 години и техните семейства.Услугите имат комплексен характер и са насочени към подпомагане на семействата в отглеждането на децата, както и подобряване на връзката дете-родители.Услугите са разделени с оглед целевите групи – услуги за бъдещи родители, услуги за родители и деца до 3 и до 7 годишна възраст. Фокусът на услугите за деца до 3-годишна възраст и техните семейства е поставен най-вече върху формирането и развитието на родителски умения.Подкрепата на бъдещите родители и на тези с много малки деца се осъществява основно по два начина: чрез мобилна работа и чрез услуги, предоставяни в подходящо оборудвания по ПСВ Общностен център.Мобилната работа цели да подкрепи родителите да се справят с потребностите на детето и възникващите предизвикателства в средата, в която живеят. Услугите, които се предоставят извън дома на детето и неговото семейство, целят да изградят пространство, което отговаря на нуждите на потребителите.За децата от 3 до 7 г. се цели основно интеграция в детските градини и подобряване на училищната готовност. Наред с останалите дейности, основните услуги се фокусират върху групова и индивидуална работа с децата и семействата. Ще се осигурява транспорт за децата, чиито семейства не могат да си осигурят придвижването.С реализиране на дейностите по проекта ще се даде възможност да се продължат създадените интегрирани услуги за ранно детско развитие по Проекта за социално включване (финансиран със Заем 7612BG от Международната банка за възстановяване и развитие в периода 2008-2015г.)
