The project for the closure and recultivation of the common deposit for the BO of the Municipality of Byala, region of Ruse is located in GOI No 07603.211.664, under the ACKR of the Municipality of Ruse. Byala, Ruse District, PO. Depot has ceased operation pursuant to Order No 501/29.11.2017 of the Director of Ruse RIOSV. The same is located in the town of Byala, Trapito — ECATTE 07603. The total area affected is 26633 sq.m. and the technical reclamation is 2.17 ha Prior to its removal from the exploding landfill site was operated without any precautions or other technical ones in general.In particular: There is no lower insulating screen and isolating membrane; There is no system for collecting and discharging surface water and leachate; there are no facilities for the collection/control of biogas;•There is no quantitative and qualitative control of incoming waste; No compaction and landfilled waste.A technical solution has been taken during closure and recultivation, which provides for the laying of a sealing layer with thickness d=1.30 m‘across the entire horizontal area (Fű1,5dka) and layer with thickness d=1,’05m‘on the berms and the bevels of the landfill (Fű17,5dka) after their re-crossing to a slope of 1:2.5.The application of the land masses shall be carried out on layers of thickness d=0.25m’.After the laying of the earth (clay) and rock masses, sealing measures shall be carried out to achieve seal coefficients Ky ≥ 0,95. After the laying of the recultivation layer are planned for the construction of a humus layer with thickness d=0.30m, which will not be compacted. There are 3 stages of implementation: Stage No 1-Preparatory activities — Cleaning of the terrain from shrub vegetation and large-scale objects; grazing activities and marking of all characteristic points; Stage 2-Vertical planning. Re-coupling begins with seizure, loading, transport, laying, tangling and rolling from the lowest part of the relevant profile to the landfill tray;Stage No 3-Construction of an upper insulating screen with a total thickness d=1.30 m‘in the horizontal part and 1.05 m’ along the bevels and berms.     Проекта за закриване и рекултивация на общ.депо за БО на община Бяла, обл.Русе се намира в ПИ № 07603.211.664, по КККР на общ. Бяла,обл.Русе,ПО собственост.Депо е с прекратена експлоатация съгласно Заповед № 501/29.11.2017г. на Директора на РИОСВ - Русе. Същото е разположено в земл.на гр. Бяла, м.„Трапито”- ЕКАТТЕ 07603. Общата засегната площ е 26633 кв.м. а техническата рекултивация е 2,17ха Преди извеждането му от експл. депото се е експлоатирало без никакви предпазни мерки или др.тех.съо-ния като цяло.В частност:Липсва долен изолиращ екран и изолираща мембрана;Няма изградена система за събиране и отвеждане на повърхностните води и инфилтрата;Няма съоръжения за събиране/контролиране на биогаза;•Няма количествен и качествен контрол на постъпващите отпадъци;Няма уплътняване и депонираните отпадъци.При закриването и рекултивацията е взето техническо решение,което предвижда полагането на запечатващ пласт с дебелина d=1,30m’ по цялата хоризонтална площ (F≈1,5dka) и пласт с дебелина d=1,05m’ по бермата и откосите на депото (F≈17,5dka) след тяхното преоткосиране до достигане на наклон 1:2.5.Полагането на земните маси да се извърши на пластове с дебелина d=0,25m’.След полагането на земните (глинестите) и скални маси да се изпълнят мероприятия по уплътняване за достигане на коефициенти на уплътнение Kу ≥ 0,95. След полагането на рекултивационния пласт са предвидени на агротехнически мероприятия за изграждане на хумусен пласт с дебелина d=0,30m, който няма да се уплътява.Предвидени са 3 етапа на изпълнение:Етап №1-Подготвителни дейности-Почистване на терена от храстова растителност и едрогабаритни обекти;Трасировъчни дейности и маркиране на всички характерни точки; Етап №2-Вертикална планировка. Преоткосирането започва с изземване, натоварване, транспорт, полагане, прибутване и валиране от най-ниската част на съответния профил към табана на депото;Етап № 3–Изграждане на горен изолиращ екран с обща дебелина d=1,30 m’ в хоризонталната част и 1,05 m’ по откосите и бермите.
