The project proposal “Implementation of CAIS”Single Entry Point“for submission of annual financial reports and statistics in machine-readable format and integration with the NRA, NSI, AV (TP)” refers to the identified weaknesses in the process of submission of the same information by companies in several administrations, which is in contrast to the introduction of Integrated Administrative Service and the basic principle of eGovernment for the collection of data once and for their multiple use, enshrined in the EAU.The project will analyse the regulatory framework and workflows in relation to automated data exchange between AB and NSI and will prepare specific proposals for amending the existing machine-readable acts. An integrated interface will be implemented to connect the IS “Business Statistics” (ISBS) with TP and Register NGO in relation to the requirements for the statutory entities for submitting the AFS. In order to enable automated data exchange in a machine-readable format between the NSI and AB, the necessary restructuring and optimisation of the data in the ISBS will be carried out and packages for data exchange with AB will be formed. As a result, the single entry point for the exchange of machine-readable data from the AFS between the NSI and the AV will be upgraded and new EAUs will be implemented. The activities of the project will reduce the burden on the enterprises by submitting all the information required by the National Revenue Agency (NRA), the NSI and the Registry Agency (ABA), in a single place in the ISBS of the NSI. Проектното предложение „Реализиране на ЦАИС „Единна входна точка“ за подаване на годишни финансови отчети и статистика в машинно-четим формат и интеграция с НАП, НСИ, АВ (ТР)“ реферира към идентифицираните слабости в процеса на подаване на една и съща информация от фирмите в няколко администрации, което е в противовес с въвеждането на Комплексно административно обслужване и основния принцип на електронното управление за еднократно събиране на данни и многократното им използване, залегнал в ЗЕУ.В рамките на проекта ще бъде извършен анализ на нормативната уредба и работните процеси във връзка с автоматизирания обмен на данни между АВ и НСИ и ще бъдат изготвени конкретни предложения за изменение на нормативни актове за отстраняване на съществуващите пречки за обмен на машинно-четими данни между двете администрации. Ще бъде реализиран интегриран интерфейс за свързване на ИС “Бизнес статистика” (ИСБС) с ТР и Регистър ЮЛНЦ във връзка с изискванията към нормативно задължените лица за подаване на ГФО. С оглед осигуряване на възможност за автоматизиран обмен на данни в машинно-четим формат между НСИ и АВ, ще бъде извършено необходимото преструктуриране и оптимизиране на данните в ИСБС и ще бъдат формирани пакети за обмен на данни с АВ. Като резултат ще бъде надградена единната входна точка за обмен на машинно-четими данни от ГФО между НСИ и АВ и ще бъдат реализирани нови ЕАУ.Дейностите по проекта ще доведат до намаляване натоварването на предприятията чрез подаване на цялата информация, необходима на Националната агенция за приходите (НАП), НСИ и Агенцията по вписванията (АВ), на едно единствено място в ИСБС на НСИ.
