The project envisages the development and implementation of the NSSI architecture for the processes related to cash benefits, benefits and guaranteed claims, by consolidating the information sources into a single Electronic Social Security File (ESIS) for each insured person, self-insurer and insurer. ESD will cover data on all insurance events that may occur in a person’s life, related to his or her insurance status, insurance risks, etc., as well as forecasted data for periods and/or other indicators of the person’s social security. The EISIS will be established, which will manage the logical links between the set of structured data and unstructured electronic documents on the insurance rights of each insured person or person entitled to cash benefits and benefits for all insured risks under CSR, ZOVSRB and ZGVRSN. These data are necessary to determine the period, calculate the amount and pay them, registered accidents at work, occupational diseases, individual administrative decisions, appeals, etc.; including for the construction of similar profiles of insurers. The EISIS will be integrated with the information systems of the NSSI for granting and paying cash benefits, benefits and guaranteed claims and the primary sources of documents and data (registers) of the NSSI for the construction of social security profiles, information and reference sections and the channels through which they are accessed in an analytical and aggregated form.For the establishment and maintenance of ESOs and for the provision of the inter-agency exchange and electronic services of the NSSI, the Technology Platform for Information and Process Inter-agency Interaction (MPIMV) and the Single Portal for Electronic Services of the National Social Security (EPES) will be further developed as single entry and exit points for claims and information. Проектът предвижда развитието и въвеждането на архитектурата на НОИ за процесите, свързани с парични обезщетения, помощи и гарантирани вземания, чрез консолидиране на информационните източници в единно Електронно социалноосигурително досие (ЕСОД) за всяко осигурено лице, самоосигуряващ се и осигурител. ЕСОД ще обхваща данните за всички осигурителни събития, които могат да настъпят в живота на едно лице, свързани с неговия осигурителен статус, настъпили осигурителни рискове и т.н., както и прогнозни данни за периоди и/или други индикатори за социалното осигуряване на лицето.Ще бъде изградена Информационна система „ЕСОД“ (ИСЕСОД), която ще управлява логическите връзки между съвкупността от структурирани данни и неструктурирани електронни документи за осигурителните права на всяко осигурявано или придобиващо право на парични обезщетения и помощи лице за всички осигурени рискове по КСО, ЗОВСРБ и ЗГВРСНР. Тези данни са необходими за определяне на периода, изчисляването на размера и изплащането им, регистрираните трудови злополуки, професионални болести, постановени индивидуални административни актове, обжалвания и т.н.; вкл. за изграждането на сходни профили на осигурителите. ИСЕСОД ще се интегрира с информационните системи на НОИ за отпускане и изплащане на парични обезщетения, помощи и гарантирани вземания и първичните източници на документи и данни (регистри) на НОИ за изграждането на социално-осигурителните профили, информационните и справочни разрези и каналите, по които се достъпват в аналитичен и обобщен вид.За създаването и поддръжката на ЕСОД и за обезпечаване на междуведомствения обмен и електронните услуги на НОИ, ще бъдат доразвити Технологичната платформа за информационно и процесно междуведомствено взаимодействие (ТПИПМВ) и Единния портал за електронни услуги на НОИ (ЕПЕУ) като единни входно-изходни точки за комуникация и електронен обмен на информация, документи и данни за парични обезщетения, помощи и гарантирани вземания.
