In view of its specific activity, the NSSI builds a complex architecture between its IT systems, some of which are in a horizontal connection and others are subordinate, which triggers the need to introduce an Institutional Architecture (IA). The sectoral strategy “e-insurance” addresses the development of the Single Social Security Information System (CEIS) and the gradual development and implementation of the institutional architecture of the NSSI to cover all existing basic and ancillary processes. This project focuses on pensions as the main, key activity of the NSSI, respectively — the construction of the EA of NSSI started with the priority processes for granting and paying pensions and supplements under the Social Security Code and upgrading the administrative services related to them to the level of electronisation 3.The project addresses the consolidation of various sources of information about pension periods and income and other documents and data needed for retirement and the pooling of the different information resources for their delivery and use in the Integrated Pension Information System (IPIS). The core of the ESI will be the Electronic Pension Insurance File, including all sources of electronic information necessary for the award and payment process of pensions, in a structured form and digitised unstructured documents. The realisation of this task is also linked to the integration of the information systems of the NSSI with a significant number of data sources and information with different levels of electronisation, the diversity of the parties involved in the process, and the need to continue the efforts to provide quality easily accessible electronic services to citizens and businesses. To this end, a Technology Platform for Information and Process Interagency Interagency (TIPMV) and a Single NSSI Electronic Services Portal (SESP) will be developed as uniform single entry-exit points for communication with the NSSI. С оглед специфичната си дейност НОИ изгражда сложна архитектура между своите информационни системи, някои от които са в хоризонтална връзка, а други - в подчиненост, което поражда нуждата от въвеждане на Институционална архитектура (ИА). Секторна стратегия „е-осигуряване“ адресира развитието на Единната информационна система на социалното осигуряване (ЕИССО) и постепенното развитие и въвеждане на Институционалната архитектура на НОИ до обхващане на всички съществуващи основни и спомагателни процеси. С настоящия проект се поставя акцент върху пенсиите, като основна, ключова дейност на НОИ, респективно - изграждането на ИА на НОИ стартира с приоритетните процеси по отпускане и изплащане на пенсиите и добавките по Кодекса за социалното осигуряване и надграждане на административните услуги, свързани с тях, до ниво на електронизация 3.Проектът адресира консолидирането на различни информационни източници за осигурителен стаж и доход за пенсия и други документи и данни, необходими при пенсиониране, и обединяването на различните информационни ресурси за тяхното доставяне и използване в Интегрирана информационна система за пенсиите (ИИСП). Ядрото на ИИСП ще бъде Електронното осигурително досие за пенсия, включващо всички източници на електронна информация, необходими за процеса по отпускане и изплащане на пенсии, в структуриран вид и дигитализирани неструктурирани документи. Реализирането на тази задача е обвързано още с интеграция на информационните системи на НОИ със значителен брой източници на данни и информация с различно ниво на електронизация, многообразие на засегнатите в процеса страни, и необходимост от продължаване на усилията за предоставяне на качествени леснодостъпни електронни услуги за гражданите и бизнеса. За целта ще се разработят Технологична платформа за информационно и процесно междуведомствено взаимодействие (ТПИПМВ) и Единен портал за електронни услуги на НОИ (ЕПЕУ) като унифицирани единни входно-изходни точки за комуникация с ИИСП.
