The project is built on an innovative methodology that examines the implementation of the training activities of the NIP in the context of creating conditions for improving the professional development of magistrates and judicial staff. The development of standards for judicial training, the improvement of the process of evaluation of judicial training, the strengthening of the community of judicial trainers are tools for implementing horizontal policies in the Institute’s activities to ensure the sustainability of the results of the training activity carried out. The envisaged activities under the project reflect the vision for judicial training set out in the Strategic Activity Plan of the Institute 2020-2022, as well as the achievements of the NIP and the other institutions responsible for the implementation of the Updated Judicial Reform Strategy and the Roadmap for the implementation of the Strategy.     Проектът е изграден върху иновативна методология, която разглежда провеждането на обучителната дейност на НИП в контекста на създаването на условия за подобряване на професионалното развитие на магистратите и съдебните служители. Разработването на стандарти за съдебно обучение, усъвършенстването на процеса на оценяване на съдебното обучение, укрепването на общността на съдебните обучители са инструменти за реализиране на заложени хоризонтални политики в дейността на Института, които да осигурят устойчивост на резултатите от провежданата обучителна дейност. Предвидените дейности по проекта отразяват визията за съдебно обучение, формулирана в Стратегическия план за дейността на Института 2020 – 2022, както и постигнатото от НИП и от останалите институции, отговорни за изпълнението на Актуализираната стратегия за реформа в съдебната система и Пътната карта за изпълнението на Стратегията.
