The implementation of the budget line provides material and technical support for the activities of the MA of OPE 2014-2020 with a view to the effective management and implementation of the programme and the timely preparation of the 2021-2027 programming period. The level of material and technical assurance and the creation of a modern and healthy working environment are among the determining factors for achieving effective management and control of the financial resources of the ESIF.The following activities are foreseen within the scope of the budget line:1.Providing the material and technical provision of the activities of the MA of the OP Environment;2. Complex cleaning of the administrative building;3. Provision of audio, visual and conference equipment;4. Information and communication measures of the budget line The budget line implements Action 5 “Provision of the necessary facilities and technical equipment and information systems for the management and implementation of OPE”, Specific Objective 1 — Activities aimed at providing the necessary support for the management and implementation of OPE 2014-2020, closure of OPE 2007-2013 and OPE 2014-2020 of the Strategic Plan for Technical Assistance of Operational Programme “Environment” 2014-2020. С изпълнението на бюджетната линия се осигурява материално-техническо обезпечаване на дейностите на УО на ОПОС 2014-2020 г. с оглед ефективното управление и изпълнение на програмата и навременна подготовка на програмен период 2021-2027 г. Нивото на материално-техническа осигуреност и създаването на съвременна и здравословна среда на работния процес са сред определящите фактори за постигане на ефективно управление и контрол на финансовите ресурси от ЕСИФ.В обхвата на бюджетната линия са предвидени следните дейности:1.Осигуряване на материално - техническа обезпеченост на дейностите на УО на ОПОС;2. Комплексно почистване на административната сграда;3. Осигуряване на аудио, визуално и конферентно оборудване;4.
