The products provided by the company are well accepted by the customers, the demand is high and the capacity of the company is insufficient. The company is experiencing an acute shortage of quality labour needed to ensure the normal working process and cover the workforce deficit in the company’s team. Currently available jobs, the company will open 7 new jobs within the project. They will be employed by unemployed and inactive people living on the territory of Sofia Municipality. The following new positions are planned to be created: Machine operator, production of plastic products and machine operator, metal grinding. It is expected that after completion of the project, permanently employed in the composition of the applicant will remain at least 4 persons from those involved in the project. This project is aimed entirely at improving access to employment and quality of jobs, through a combination of activities for the integration of irresistible/inactive jobseekers. The project activities will invest in human capital through adequate measures to create new jobs with long-term sustainability and acquire new skills to occupy them. The project also provides for the purchase of modern equipment to service their duties. Проектът цели създаване на работни места за безр./неактивни лица и подобряване на тяхната квалификация чрез предоставяне на професионално израстване и усъвършенстване на техните умения, които ще доведат до интегрирането на уязвимите групи на пазара на труда. Мак - Милчо и Анета Каленови ООД е компания с опитен екип, която се стреми да се наложи на пазара с качество на произведените изделия, изпълнени поръчки в разумни срокове на конкурентна цена. От създаването си до момента, фирмата предлага широка гама продукти от пластмаса,от метал и меламин. Продуктите, предоставяни от фирмата са добре приети от клиентите, търсенето е голямо, а капацитета на дружеството - недостатъчен. Компанията изпитва остър недостиг на качествена работна ръка, необходима за обезпечаване на нормалния работен процес и покриване дефицита от работна ръка в екипа на дружеството. Към наличните в момента работни места, в рамките на проекта дружеството ще разкрие 7 нови. Те ще бъдат заети от безработни и неактивни лица, живущи на територията на община София. Предвижда се да бъдат създадени следните нови позиции:Машинен оператор, производство на пластмасови изделия и Машинен оператор, шлифоване на метал.Очаква се след приключване на проекта трайно заети в състава на кандидата да останат минимум 4 лица от ангажираните по проекта.Настоящият проект е насочен изцяло към подобряване достъпа до заетост и качеството на работните места, чрез съчетание от дейности за интегриране на безр./неактивни лица, търсещи работа. Чрез реализиране на проектните дейности ще се инвестира в човешки капитал посредством адекватни мерки за създаване на нови работни места с дългосрочна устойчивост и придобиване на нови умения за заемането им. Проектът предвижда и закупуване на съвременно оборудване за обслужване на техните задължения. За постигане на заложените цели ще се реализират следните дейности: Подбор на безр./неактивни лица;Осигуряване на заетост във Мак - Милчо и Анета Каленови ООД;Закупуване на оборудване. (Bulgarian)
