Currently, with its available capacity, the enterprise reaches the maximum volume of its production capacity and operates in full load mode. For the needs of the production of power supplies, with a view to optimising the production processes and after conducting procedures for the selection of a contractor, according to Council of Ministers Decree No 160, new high-performance equipment will be purchased and put into operation: — CNC laser cutting machine — 1 pcs. — Processing center with CNC-1 pcs.- Hydraulic abcant with NC control — 1 pcs. The machines will be implemented in the technological chain of the enterprise and will strengthen the production of power supplies.The purchase of these capacities is necessary for increasing the capacity of the enterprise, expanding its presence on the national markets and increasing exports by increasing the volume of produced and realised production, optimising the work processes, achieving higher productivity and improving the products.To overcome the constraints on the future development of the company, one main activity will be included within the project. Its successful realisation will have a positive effect in increasing the production capacity and strengthening the export potential of KMS ENGINEERING OOD. At the same time, the company will increase its productivity, increase the generated export revenues and improve the efficiency of production costs, leading to an optimal return on the investment made. "КМС ИНЖИНЕРИНГ" ООД е компания, специализирана в производството на разнообразни и нестандартни устройства за ориентиране и подаване на дребногабаритни детайли в производствени линии – вибробункери, линейни ориентатори, предбункерни и други прехвърлящи устройства.Понастоящем с наличните си мощности предприятието достига максималния обем на производствения си капацитет и работи в режим на пълно натоварване. За нуждите на производството на захранващи (подаващи) устройства, с оглед оптимизиране на производствените процеси и след провеждане на процедури за избор на изпълнител, съгласно ПМС №160, ще бъде закупено и пуснато в експлоатация ново високопроизводително оборудване: - Машина за лазерно рязане със CNC - 1 бр. - Обработващ център със CNC– 1 бр.- Хидравличен абкант с NC управление – 1 бр.Машините ще бъдат имплементирани в технологичната верига на предприятието и ще подсилят производството на захранващи устройства.Закупуването на тези мощности е необходимо за повишаването на капацитета на предприятието, разширяване на присъствието му на националните пазари и засилване на износа чрез увеличаване обема на произведената и реализирана продукция, оптимизиране на работните процеси, постигане на по-висока производителност и подобряване на продуктите.За преодоляването на ограниченията пред бъдещото развитие на дружеството, в рамките на проекта ще бъде включена една основна дейност:1. "Дейност за подобряване на производствения капацитет" Успешната ѝ реализация ще има положителен ефект за повишаване на производствения капацитет и засилване на експортния потенциал на "КМС ИНЖИНЕРИНГ" ООД. Заедно с това фирмата ще повиши производителността си, ще увеличи генерираните приходи от износ и ще подобри ефективността на производствените разходи, което ще доведе до оптимална възвръщаемост на направената инвестиция.
