The project proposal of “Clears” Ltd. has as its main objective the improvement of the production capacity through the realisation of investment in fixed tangible assets with a focus on increasing productivity in the enterprise and improving the quality of the production, namely: installing the latest generation of high-performance centrifugal pumps with an efficiency of up to 88 % in working mode and including in the paper production a new process for automatic quality control in real time with the option of subsequent adjustment of the process parameters, if necessary and without the need to stop the line. The total cost of the project is BGN 391 068.60.The successful implementation of the project will increase the capacity of the paper manufacturing company, improve the quality of existing products and modernise the production processes. The high-tech equipment provided for in the implementation of the project activities and the electronic business platform will optimise access to foreign markets, will lead to an improvement of the competitive advantages of the applicant, which will enable Claires Ltd. to increase its market share and increase its export activity. The reduced unit costs and higher quality resulting from the project investments will ensure an extended presence on the market of sanitary and hygienic paper in the country, as well as to consolidate the company on the foreign markets through increased supply to traditional customers and the creation of trade relations with new partners. Проектно предложение на „Клеърс“ ЕООД има за основна цел подобряване на производствения капацитет, посредством реализиране на инвестиция в дълготрайни материални активи с фокус повишаване на производителността в предприятието и подобряване на качеството на произведената продукция, а именно: инсталиране на последно поколение високоефективни центрофужни помпи с ефективност до 88% в работен режим и включване в производството на хартия на нов процес за автоматичен контрол на качеството в реално време с опция последваща корекция на параметрите на технологичния процес, при нужда и без необходимост от спиране на линията . Общата стойност на проекта е 391 068,60 лв.Успешната реализация на проекта ще увеличи капацитета на компанията за производство на хартия, ще подобри качеството на съществуващите продукти и ще модернизира производствените процеси. Високотехнологичното оборудване, предвидено в изпълнение на дейностите по проекта и електронната платформа за бизнес ще оптимизира достъпа до чужди пазари, ще доведе до подобряване на конкурентните предимства на кандидата, което ще даде възможност на „Клеърс“ ЕООД да увеличи пазарния си дял и да засили експортната си дейност. Намалените разходи за единица продукция и по-високото качество, в резултат на инвестициите по проекта, ще осигурят разширено присъствие на пазара на санитарно-хигиенна хартия в страната, както и за консолидиране на фирмата на външните пазари чрез увеличени доставки за традиционните клиенти и създаване на търговски отношения с нови партньори.
