In connection with the expansion of its activities, the company envisages an increase in its staff in the period 2016-2017, and this project provides an appropriate opportunity to do so. The project envisages the following main activities: 1. Employment of 50 unemployed and/or inactive persons over a period of 12 months (in posts: security guards — 46 e. and fitters electronic alarms — 4 e). 2. Purchase of specialised cars, business equipment, work clothes and personal protective equipment related to and necessary for the creation of new jobs. 3. Organisation and management of the project. 4. Information and publicity activities of the project.The company foresees that at least 50 % of the newly recruited persons (or 25 people) at the date of inclusion in the project activities belong to the following 3 specific categories of unemployed persons, namely: 1) long-term unemployed and inactive — 5 people; 2) unemployed persons over 54 years old — 10 people; and 3) unemployed young people up to 29 years of age — 10 people. After completion of all activities under the project Kremak EOOD will retain for a minimum of 12 months at least 50 % of the new jobs created under the project, thus ensuring sustainable employment of the target group according to the requirements of the grant procedure. "Кремък" ЕООД е създадено през 1993 г., като понастоящем е една от най-големите фирми за физическа и техническа охрана в страната. Осигурява професионална въоръжена и невъоръжена физическа охрана в над 150 индустриални обекта, в т. ч. обекти от национално и стратегическо значение, както и централизирана охрана на над 12 000 обекта с технически системи за сигурност и средства за видеонаблюдение. Централния офис на дружеството се намира в гр. Стара Загора, ул. „Новозагорско шосе” № 6, като дружеството разполага с регионални офиси в още 14 града в страната, както и офис в Скопие, Македония. Във връзка с разширяване на дейността си дружеството предвижда увеличаване на персонала си в периода 2016-2017 г., като настоящия проект предоставя подходяща възможност за това. По проекта се предвиждат следните основни дейности: 1. Наемане на 50 безработни и/или неактивни лица за период от 12 месеца (на длъжности: охранители - 46 д. и монтьори електронни сигнални апаратури - 4 д.). 2. Закупуване на специализирани автомобили, стопански инвентар, работно облекло и лични предпазни средства, свързани с и необходими за създаването на новите работни места. 3. Организация и управление на проекта. 4. Дейности по информиране и публичност на проекта.Дружеството предвижда минимум 50% от новоназначените по проекта лица (или 25 души) към датата на включване в дейности по проекта да принадлежат към следните 3 специфични категории безработни лица, а именно: 1) продължително безработни и неактивни лица - 5 души; 2) безработни лица на възраст над 54 г. - 10 души; и 3) безработни младежи до 29 г. вкл. - 10 души.
