Through the implementation of the project will enable 18 unemployed and inactive persons to find employment in one developing and prospective enterprise, and on the other hand, the implementation of the project will meet the growing needs of the company and will help maintain the leading positions in the market of telecommunications services on the territory of Nessebar Municipality and ensure sustainable employment of employees. Once the project activities have been completed, the applicant will retain at least 9 employees for a period of not less than 12 months, ensuring the sustainable employment of part of the recruited persons. Of the 18 unemployed and inactive persons employed, 9 will be representatives of the specific category “Youth unemployed up to 29 years old” and the remaining 9 persons will be unemployed and inactive. In addition, the project envisages the implementation of activities to purchase and insure the necessary equipment and inventory to ensure the newly created jobs, vocational training and competence training to help improve the professional qualification of new recruits, as well as activities related to publicity and project management. След приключването на дейностите по проекта кандидатът ще запази на работa поне 9 от наетите лица за период не по-кратък от 12 месеца, гарантирайки устойчивата заетост на част от назначените лица. От наетите 18 безработни и неактивни лица 9 ще бъдат представители на специфична категория "Безработни младежи до 29 г. вкл.", а останалите 9 лица ще бъдат безработни и неактивни лица. Също така, по проекта се предвижда да бъдат изпълнени дейности за закупуване и застраховка на необходимото оборудване и инвентар, което да обезпечи новосъздадените работни позиции, професионално обучение и обучения за компетенции, което да помогне за повишаване на професионалната квалификация на новоназначените, както и дейности, свързани с публичност и управление на проекта.
