Kabletel-PRIMA JSC is present in the public register maintained by the Electronic Media Council, including the licensed enterprises, distributing programs. Through the implementation of the project will enable 18 unemployed and inactive persons to find employment in one developing and prospective enterprise, and on the other hand, the implementation of the project will meet the growing needs of the company and will help maintain the leading positions in the market of telecommunications services on the territory of Nessebar Municipality and ensure sustainable employment of employees. Once the project activities have been completed, the applicant will retain at least 9 employees for a period of not less than 12 months, ensuring the sustainable employment of part of the recruited persons. Of the 18 unemployed and inactive persons employed, 9 will be representatives of the specific category “Youth unemployed up to 29 years old” and the remaining 9 persons will be unemployed and inactive. In addition, the project envisages the implementation of activities to purchase and insure the necessary equipment and inventory to ensure the newly created jobs, vocational training and competence training to help improve the professional qualification of new recruits, as well as activities related to publicity and project management. КЕЙБЪЛТЕЛ-ПРИМА АД е бързо развиваща се компания, оперираща на пазара на телекомуникационните услуги и технологии. Компанията развива основната си дейност на територията на Община Несебър, като фирмата има офиси както в Несебър, така и на територията на к.к. Слънчев бряг. Компанията инвестира в мащабно обновяване на своята мрежа и в пакет от телевизионни програми, за да посрещне изискванията на абонатите си за пълна гама от развлекателни и комуникационни услуги с високо техническо качество и разнообразие на съдържанието. КЕЙБЪЛТЕЛ-ПРИМА АД присъства в публичния регистър, поддържан от Съвета за електронни медии, включващ лицензираните предприятия, разпространяващи програми.Чрез реализацията на проекта ще се даде възможност на 18 безработни и неактивни лица да намерят работа в едно развиващото се и перспективно предприятие, а от друга стана изпълнението на проекта ще отговори на нарастващите нужди на компанията и ще спомогне за запазването на лидерските позиции на пазара на телекомуникационните услуги на територията на Община Несебър и за осигуряването на устойчива заетост на наетите лица. След приключването на дейностите по проекта кандидатът ще запази на работa поне 9 от наетите лица за период не по-кратък от 12 месеца, гарантирайки устойчивата заетост на част от назначените лица. От наетите 18 безработни и неактивни лица 9 ще бъдат представители на специфична категория "Безработни младежи до 29 г. вкл.", а останалите 9 лица ще бъдат безработни и неактивни лица. Също така, по проекта се предвижда да бъдат изпълнени дейности за закупуване и застраховка на необходимото оборудване и инвентар, което да обезпечи новосъздадените работни позиции, професионално обучение и обучения за компетенции, което да помогне за повишаване на професионалната квалификация на новоназначените, както и дейности, свързани с публичност и управление на проекта.
