Głównym celem projektu pn. „Aktywizacja zawodowa mieszkańców subregionu pilskiego” realizowanego przez Doradztwo Społeczne i Gospodarcze jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowych 60 osób bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo, defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy. Projekt skierowany jest do osób powyżej 29 roku życia, defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy, z wiejskich obszarów funkcjonalnych wymagających wsparcia procesów rozwojowych (zgodnie z regionalnymi Obszarami Strategicznej Interwencji). Termin realizacji projektu: 01.11.2016-31.01.2018, Proj. zakłada wsparcie 60 osób poprzez identyfikację potrzeb zawodowo-aktywizacyjnych, poradnictwo zawodowe, szkolenia motywacyjne, szkolenia zawodowe i staże zawodowe. UP wezmą udział w szkoleniach zawodowych oraz warsztatach wzmacniających kondycje psychiczną, pomagających przezwyciężyć wykluczenie społ. Udział w projekcie przyczyni się do nabycia i/lub uzupełnia kwalifikacji zawodowych przez uczestników oraz zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego w zawodach deficytowych na rynku pracy subregionu pilskiego. Poprawi to pozycje UP na rynku pracy i ich szanse na zdobycie zatrudnienia. (Polish)

The main objective of the project, n. The “Professional activation of residents of the Pilskie subregion” carried out by Social and Economic Advice is to increase the level of professional activity of 60 unemployed, job-seekers and inactive persons who are disadvantaged in the labour market. The project is aimed at people over 29 years of age, disadvantaged on the labour market, from rural functional areas requiring support for development processes (according to the Regional Areas of Strategic Intervention). Deadline for implementation of the project: 01.11.2016-31.01.2018, The project assumes the support of 60 people through the identification of professional and activation needs, vocational guidance, incentive training, vocational training and internships. Up will take part in vocational training and workshops strengthening mental condition, helping to overcome the exclusion of the community. Participation in the project will contribute to acquiring and/or complementing professional qualifications by participants and gaining professional experience in occupational occupations in the labour market of the Pilskie subregion. This will improve the position of UP in the labour market and their chances of gaining employment. (English)
