To restructure the holding and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will continue to cultivate the available crops and increase the area under peach plantation by creating 3,000 decares in November 2021 on the set-aside area. The establishment of the garden will meet the requirements of Objective 1 “Increasing the economic size of the agricultural holding measured in OSPs (minimum of EUR 2000 OSP)” and Objective 6 “New permanent crops, berries and vineyards, including wine — at least 2 decares created”. To reduce the cost of external mechanised services and to maintain the area between trees in good agricultural condition, the farmer will purchase moth cutter in March-April 2022. In order to meet the Community Standards on Phytosanitary Requirements and the Plant Protection Act, the farmer will continue to keep the logbooks strictly and undergo a course of handling preparations for R.H. in January 2022. In this way, Objective 4 “Reaching compliance with the Community Standards as regards veterinary and phytosanitary requirements, animal welfare, environmental protection, hygiene, safety and safety at work” will be met. The farmer will meet the requirements (Objective 5) for professional skills and competences in protecting the environmental components by receiving the TA 2 advisory package under sub-measure 2.1.2 “Consultation services for small farmers” of Measure 2 “Consultation services, farm management services and farm relief services” of RDP 2014-2020 in the period February-May 2020. The receipt of the consultancy package TA 2 under sub-measure 2.1.2 will be the activity with which the implementation of a business plan will start after the submission of the project proposal, but no later than nine months from the date of conclusion of the contract for granting financial assistance.
