Zakres projektu obejmuje 1 budynek wielorodz. położ. w Olsztynie przy ul. Wyzwolenia 28 – budynek podpiwn., liczba kondyg.: 3, ilość lokali ogółem: 5, w tym mieszk. - 4 i użytkowych - 1 o łącznej pow. użyt. 389,72 m2. Budynek położ. jest w strefie ochr. konserw. i jest wpisany do rej. zabytków pod nr: A-2329). W wybranym do realiz. wariancie stan. przedmiot niniejszego projektu nowa jakość budynku oraz przestrzeni zostanie uzysk. poprzez następ. usprawn.: a) Prace konserw. elewacji budynku b) Prace konserw. na klatce schod. budynku. W zakres wchodziły takze: oprac. dok. tech. progr. pr. kons., proj. bud. stol. okienn., studium wyk. oraz promocja. Więcej w rozdz. 1.1 sw; Interesariuszami przedm. projektu są mieszkańcy kamienicy, a tym samym obszaru rewitalizacji, turyści, służby konserw., GminaOlsztyn. Szczeg. inform. na temat zakresu rzecz. i przyjętych rozw. znajduje się w rozdz. 2.2 studium wykonaln. oraz w wyciągu z dokum. techn. będącej załączn. do wniosku. Cały zakres inwestycji wdrażany będzie przez benef., tj. Wsp. Mieszk. Wyzwolenia 28 10-106 Olsztyn, która wraz z partn. zapewni zespół osób odpowiedz. za wdroż. projektu, którzy posiadają kwalif. i dośw. w realiz. projektów wdroż. w latach 2007-2013, co potwierdza rozdział 2.4 studium. Projekt po jego zakończ. jednozn. rozwiąże jeden z istot. problemów dotycz. najbardziej zniszcz. i zaniedb. infrastr. techn. przy ul. Wyzwolenia 28 w Olsztynie oraz będzie przeciwdziałał margin. znacznych grup mieszk. zdegrad. społ. i ekon., charakteryz. się zabytkową zabud. otoczenia. W istotny sposób przyczyni się także do społ. aktyw. mieszkańców i wpłynie na obniż. poziomu występ. zjawisk patologii społecz. na danym terenie. Proj. wpis. się w założ. The scope of the project covers 1 multi-gene building in Olsztyn, ul. Liberation 28 – building sub-linen., number of floors: 3, total number of premises: 5, including the bellow. — 4 and usable – 1 with a total area of use. 389,72 m². The building is located in the canned area. and is entered in the district of monuments under: A-2329. In the condition variant selected for the implementation, the subject of this project new quality of the building and space will be yielded by the following. a) Canned works. facade of the building b) Canned work. on the staircase of the building. The scope also included: doc. tech. progr. pr. cons., project. bud. window table, study, and promotion. More in chapters. 1.1 sw; The stakeholders of the project are residents of the tenement house, and thus the area of revitalisation, tourists, canned services., MunicipalityOlsztyn. For details on the scope of the item and accepted development can be found in chapter. 2.2 executable study and in the extract of techn. document annexed to the application. The entire range of investments will be implemented by the beneficiary, i.e. I'm all right. It’s a bellow. Liberation 28 10-106 Olsztyn, which together with partn. will provide a team of people answering. for the implementation of the project, who have qualified and completed projects implemented in the years 2007-2013, which is confirmed by chapter 2.4 of the study.
