The beneficiary’s holding is a livestock farm specialised in honey production using organic production methods. It is located in the land of the town of Sliven in “Molova Gora” locality, where 100 bee families are bred. Mainly the farmer’s income comes from the sale of honey. The apiary was registered as an establishment in the ODBH Sliven under number 8800-0070. The region in which the apiary is located has good grazing, which is a factor influencing the development of families and the harvesting of honey. The management of the holding is carried out by the producer himself. It is directly involved in the production process. In carrying out his activities, he is assisted by his family members, relatives and friends without hiring additional labour. The applicant’s strategic objectives are to increase the size of the farm and become the main source of income from its activity. In order to achieve this objective, it is envisaged to expand its activities by increasing the number of bee colonies by the end of the third year through its own breeding activity. It will thus achieve an increase in the size measured in the OSPs per holding at the end of the third year of implementation of the business plan. The project envisages investing part of the funds for the purchase of moth mower-trimer, reaching the requirements for safe working conditions, keeping the diaries for instruction, providing the necessary protective equipment and protective workwear, covering fire safety requirements, as well as passing a 150-hour course in the area of agriculture. Кандидатът Иван Василев Иванов е на 31 години, семеен, има опит в областта на пчеларството. Със селскостопанска дейност започва да се занимава от 2016 година, когато се регистрира като земеделски стопанин, съгласно изискванията на Наредба 3 от 29 Януари 1999 год. Стопанството на бенефициента е животновъдно, специализирано за производство на пчелен мед по методите на биологичното производство. Разположено е в землището на гр. Сливен в местност „Моллова гора“, където се отглеждат 100 бр. пчелни семейства. Основно приходите на фермера са от реализация на пчелен мед. Пчелинът е регистриран като животновъден обект в ОДБХ Сливен под номер 8800-0070. Регионът, в който е разположен пчелина има добра паша, което е фактор, влияещ върху развитието на семействата и добива на мед. Управлението на стопанството се осъществява от самия производител. Същият е пряко включен в производствения процес. При осъществяване на дейността си е подпомаган от членовете на своето семейство, роднини и приятели без да наема допълнителна работна ръка. Стратегическите цели на кандидата са да увеличи размера на стопанството и то да се превърне в основен източник на доходи от дейността му. За осъществяване на тази своя цел предвижданията му са да разшири дейността си, като увеличи броя на пчелните семейства до края на третата година чрез собствена развъдна дейност. По този начин ще постигне увеличение на размера, измерен в СПО на стопанство в края на третата година от изпълнението на бизнес плана.
