Niniejszy projekt będzie polegał na budowie rozwiązań e-administracji udostępnianych przez Starostwo Powiatowe w Olecku. Wdrożone w ramach proj. e-usługi, jakie będą świadczone za pomocą uruchomionej platformy internetowej Cyfrowy Urząd wraz z portalem płatności i portalem komunikacji społecznej oraz wdrożony w Starostwie Elektroniczny Obieg Dok., który umożliwi przyjmowanie dok. elektr. od interesantów oraz przetworzenie ich przez pracowników urzędów, zapewnieni mieszkańcom oraz turystom obszaru pow. oleckiego lepszy dostęp do szer. zakresu usług publ. dostępnych drogą elektr. Projekt pozwoli na rozwój nowocz. usług świadcz. drogą elektr., ze szczeg. uwzgl. usług o wys. poziomie e-dojrzałości, bezpieczeństwa oraz ich integracji na wspólnej platformie elektronicznych usług administracji publicznej (ePUAP). Z usług dostępnych publicznie będzie można korzystać niezależne od miejsca przebywania. Projekt zakłada zakup odpowiedniej infrastruktury technicznej, która jest niezbędna do świadczenia e-usług o wysokim stopniu dojrzałości. Rozwiązania aplikacyjne planowane do wdrożenia zostaną wyposażone w interfejsy programistyczne pozwalające na zapewnienie interoperacyjności,by współprac. z innymi produkt.lub systemami, kt. ist., bądź mogą istnieć w przyszłości, bez jakiegokol. ograniczenia dostępu lub ograniczonych możliwości implementacji. Jednocześnie projekt przewiduje integrację istniejącego oprogramowania dziedzinowego (sys. księgowe, ewidencje, sys. baz danych – ewidencje) z systemem EOD znosząc ogranicz. w zakr. wymiany danych z innymi jednostkami Wnioskodawcy. Proj. przewiduje cyfrowe udostępnienie zasobów poprzez udostępnienie API do danych takich jak:środowiskowe, transportowe, statystyki. Wszystkie elementy projektu realizują określone w SZOOP założenia i wpisują się w typ projektów z zakresu e-administracji: uproszczenie i zinformatyzowanie procedur zorientowane na użytkownika. This project will consist of building e-administration solutions made available by the District Starostwo in Oleck. Implemented as part of the project. e-service, which will be provided via the launched online platform Digital Office, together with a payment portal and a social communication portal, and implemented in the Starostwo Elektroniczny Obieg Dok., which will allow to receive doc. electr. from interested parties and to process them by employees of the offices, provided by residents and tourists of the area of Olecki, better access to the wide range of publ services available by electr. The project will allow the development of modern services provided by electricity, especially services of e-maturity, security and their integration into a common platform of electronic public administration services (ePUAP). Services available to the public may be used independently of their place of residence. The project involves the purchase of the appropriate technical infrastructure, which is necessary for the provision of e-services with a high degree of maturity. The planned application solutions will be equipped with programming interfaces to ensure interoperability, to cooperate with other products. or systems that exist or may exist in the future, without any limitations of access or limited implementation capabilities. At the same time, the project provides for the integration of existing domain software (accounting systems, records, databases – records) with the EOD system abolishing the limitations in the exchange of data with other units of the Applicant. The project provides for the digital provision of resources by making APIs available for data such as:environmental, transport, statistics. All elements of the project implement the assumptions specified in the SZOOP and fit into the type of e-government projects: simplify and informatise user-oriented procedures. (English)
