Земеделската дейност на Димитър Адриянов Петков стартира с изграждането на оранжерия в собствен имот в с. Близнаци, общ. Аврен. Впоследствие стопанството се разраства и към момента се простира в оранжерии с обща площ 2,240 дка. С диверсифициране на дейността и по-ефективно използване на наличните ресурси в стопанството освен оранжерийни зеленчуци се отглеждат допълнително пипер- открито производство, зелен грах и пъпешиПроекта предвижда развитие на съществуващите оранжерии и създаване на трайни насаждения - сливи.Със средства от проекта ще бъде изградена ограда около новосъздадените трайни насаждения (Bulgarian)
