Celem proj. jest pomoc w powrocie lub wejściu na rynek pracy 25 osobom (20K, 5M) pracującym (w tym osobom przebywającym na urlopie macierzyńskim lub rodzicielskim), bezrobotnym lub biernym zawodowo (w tym przebywającym na urlopie wychowawczym) sprawującym opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez utworzenie 25 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w formie klubu dziecięcego w Gminie Piecki oraz zapewnienie jego bieżącej działalności przez 2 lata w okresie od VIII.2019 r. do XI.2021 r. Zadania: utworzenie 25 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w formie klubu dziecięcego znajdującego się w miejscowości Piecki w nowoutworzonym budynku, który zostanie wybudowany ze środków własnych Gminy. W ramach Zadania 1 zostanie również zakupione wyposażenie niezbędne dla zapewnienia odpowiednich warunków opieki dzieciom poniżej 3 roku życia. Planowany czas rozpoczęcia funkcjonowania klubu dziecięcego to XII.2019 r. Zadanie 2 polega na zapewnieniu bieżącego funkcjonowania utworzonego miejsca opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, w tym: koszty wynagrodzenia personelu zatrudnionego w miejscu opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz koszty opłat za wyżywienie. Grupa docelowa w projekcie to osoby [20K i 5M] pracujące, sprawujące opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 (w tym osoby przebywające na urlopie macierzyńskim lub rodzicielskim) oraz osoby bezrobotne lub bierne zawodowo pozostające poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, w tym os., które przerwały karierę zawodową ze względu na urodzenie dziecka lub przebywające na urlopie wychowawczym w rozumieniu ustawy Kodeks pracy, zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Piecki. Efektem projektu będzie udzielenie wsparcia opiekunom dzieci do lat 3, w celu ich powrotu (osoby pracujące) lub wejścia (osoby bezrobotne i bierne zaw.) na rynek pracy [25 os., 20K i 5M] oraz utworzenie 25 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3. The aim of the project is to assist in the return or entry into the labour market of 25 persons (20K, 5M) working (including those on maternity or parental leave), unemployed or inactive persons (including those on parental leave) who take care of children up to 3 years by creating 25 new childcare facilities under the age of 3 in the form of a children’s club in the Piecki Commune and to ensure its ongoing activity for 2 years in the period from VIII.2019 to XI. the creation of 25 new childcare facilities under the age of 3 in the form of a children’s club located in Piecki in a newly created building, which will be built with own funds of the municipality. Task 1 will also buy the necessary equipment to ensure adequate care conditions for children under the age of 3. The planned start-up of the children’s club is XII.2019. The 2 task is to ensure the day-to-day functioning of the established childcare facility under the age of 3, including: salaries of staff employed in the childcare facility under the age of 3 and the cost of boarding fees. The target group in the project is persons [20K and 5M] working, caring for children under 3 years of age (including those on maternity or parental leave) and unemployed or passive persons who remain out of the labour market due to the obligation to care for children under the age of 3, including those who have interrupted their professional career due to the birth of a child or who are on parental leave within the meaning of the Labour Code Act, residing in the municipality. The project will provide support to caregivers for children under 3 years of age to return (working persons) or enter the labour market (unemployed and passive persons) into the labour market [25 persons, 20K and 5M] and create 25 childcare places under the age of 3.
