W projekcie przewidziano zakup specjlistycznego urządzenia diagnostycznego w postaci aparatu USG wraz z komputerem Etapy realizacji projektu: - złożenie wniosku o dof. - podpisanie umowy o dof. - wybór wykonawcy - zawarcie umowy - realizacja dostaw - zakończenie projektu i podpisanie prot. końcowego - końcowe rozliczenie proj. sposób wdrażania zakresu rzeczowego: - podpisanie umowy - realizacja dostaw - odbiór końcowy i podpisanie prot. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia wpisane w SzOOP RPOWWM Cel tematyczny 9. Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją; Priorytet inwestycyjny 9a. Inwestycje w infrastrukturę zdrowotną i społeczną, które przyczyniają się do rozwoju krajowego, regionalnego i lokalnego, zmniejszania nierówności w zakresie stanu zdrowia oraz przejścia z usług instytucjonalnych do usług na poziomie społeczności lokalnych. The project provides for the purchase of a specialised diagnostic device in the form of an ultrasound apparatus with a computer Phase of project implementation: — submission of an application for DOF. — signing of the DOF agreement. — selection of contractor – conclusion of the contract – delivery of deliveries – completion of the project and signing of the final protocol – final settlement of the project. method of implementation of the material scope: — signing of the contract – delivery – final acceptance and signing of the minutes. The project fits into the assumptions entered in the SzOOP RPOWWM Thematic Objective 9. Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and all discrimination; Investment priority 9a. Investment in health and social infrastructures that contribute to national, regional and local development, reduce health inequalities and move from institutional services to community-based services. This project consists of the purchase of ultrasound and contributes to the objective of: Improving the quality and effectiveness of health services. The envisaged scope shall be in line with the types of projects to be implemented and shall implement the indicators set for implementation. The project results from the actual demand of a new usg apparatus for BART-MEDICA in Bartoszyce. (English)
