La actuación consiste en la instalación de diferentes modalidades de energías renovables como la solar (fotovoltaica y solar térmica) y la aerotermia en los edificios de titularidad municipal de los barrios de Versalles y La Luz. _x000D_ 1. Edificios en el barrio de Versalles_x000D_ _Colegio Público Marcos del Torniello._x000D_ _Colegio Público Versalles (educación infantil y primaria)._x000D_ _Centro Deportivo de Los Canapés._x000D_ _Centro Cívico de Los Canapés_x000D_ 2. Edificios en el barrio de La Luz_x000D_ _Colegio Público Poeta Juan Ochoa (edificios_x000D_ norte y sur)_x000D_ _Polideportivo de La Luz._x000D_ _Viviendas de los Maestros (4 edificios) _x000D_ Las actuaciones en los edificios públicos (colegios, centros deportivos, culturales y locales de asociación) serán las recomendadas en las auditorías energéticas a realizar en los mismos dentro de la ejecución de la LA5. Estas actuaciones son las siguientes:_x000D_ _Implantación de energía fotovoltaica en régimen de autoconsumo con vertido a la red_x000D_ con compensación, en los siguientes edificios:_x000D_ o Colegio Público Marcos del Torniello._x000D_ o Colegio Público Versalles._x000D_ o Centro Deportivo de Los Canapés._x000D_ o Centro Cívico de Los Canapés_x000D_ o Colegio Público Poeta Juan Ochoa Norte_x000D_ o Polideportivo de La Luz._x000D_ _Instalación de energía solar térmica en el Polideportivo de La Luz. _x000D_ En las Viviendas de los Maestros (4 edificios de titularidad pública que abarcan 36 viviendas en total) del barrio de la Luz, se propone la instalación de energía fotovoltaica en régimen de autoconsumo colectivo con vertido a la red con compensación y aerotermia para la producción de energía térmica para calefacción y ACS.
