Project “Skill Development in EMU AD” aims to improve the working environment in the company by providing trainings for upskilling and training on Key Competence 2 “Communication of Foreign Languages” to a total of 219 employees — 162 employees in the village of Razbeyna, the municipality of Targovishte and 57 employees in the branch of the company in Sofia.The objectives of the project are bound and by upgrading the knowledge of employees related to the individual workplace and acquiring new knowledge, which will improve the quality of jobs and will reflect positively on the productivity of labor in the enterprise.Learning throughout life is the process of continuing to develop the skills of the individual, and to the acquisition of new skills, which will contribute to the quality of the job and the skills needed to develop the skills of the company. ‘Emu’ AD has an economic activity falling under code 43.99Other specialised construction activities not elsewhere classified. Over 50 % of the employees included in the trainings meet the requirement and have completed a level of education lower than ISCED 4 (having no higher than average education). Проект"Развиване на умения в "ЕМУ" АД" има за цел да подобри работната среда в дружеството чрез осигуряването на обучения за повишаване на квалификацията и обучения по Ключова компетентност 2„Общуване на чужди езици" на общо 219 заети служители- 162 работещи в с.Разбойна,община Търговище и 57 работещи в клона на фирмата в гр.София.Целите на проекта се обвързват и с надграждане на знанията на служителите, свързани с индивидуалното работно място и придобиване на нови знания,което ще подобри качеството на работните места и ще рефлектира положително върху производителността на труда в предприятието.Ученето през целия живот е процес на непрекъснато,преднамерено придобиване на знания и умения.Развиването на уменията на служителите в "ЕМУ"АД ще допринесе за успешното реализиране на заетите лица,за тяхното задържане и най-вече за повишаване на възможностите им за кариерно развитие.Тези умения допринасят за бързата кохезия в контекста на ЕС,която се базира на взаимно разбиране, толерантност към различията и активно гражданско общество.Предвидените дейности по проекта ще осигурят връзката между необходимата квалификация и умения и изискванията на бъдещия пазар на труда,с което ще се създават необходимите предпоставки за постигане на конкурентна и развиваща се икономика,основаваща се на знанието и технологичното развитие. "ЕМУ"АД е с икономическа дейност попадаща в код 43.99Други специализирани строителни дейности, некласифицирани другаде.Над 50% от заетите лица,включени в обученията отговарят на изискването и са със завършена образователна степен по-ниска от ISCED 4(не притежават образование по-високо от средно).Постигането на предвидените цели и индикатори по проекта ще се осъществи чрез изпълнение на следните дейности: 1.Професионални обучения за повишаване на квалификацията по първа и трета степен по професия2.Обучение по Ключова компетентност 2„Общуване на чужди езици" 3.Предоставяне на възможност за гъвкави форми на заетост за 219 заети лица, за периода на обучение (Bulgarian)
