The project aims to develop and implement a secure, accessible and highly technological system for electronic archiving (e-Archiving) of valuable electronic documents. E-Archiving is relevant to the overall functioning of the state administration, it is a horizontal process within the framework of eGovernment, which is not limited to the use of electronic documents and services, but is directly related to the activity of the entire state administration. Ensuring effective interaction between the whole administration and state archives will be achieved with the realisation of the following activities in the project: — creation of a unified normative and methodological basis for e-Archiving of valuable electronic documents;- development and implementation of a system for e-Archiving of valuable electronic documents;- digitisation of audiovisual documents stored in state archives;- training of fund-formers of state archives to work with the system of e-Archivation of valuable electronic documents.The implementation of the project will contribute to the modernisation and transformation of the processes of organisation, expertise, storage and use of electronic documents in state and municipal institutions. Проектът е насочен към разработване и внедряване на сигурна, достъпна и високо технологична система за Електронно архивиране (е-Архивиране) на ценни електронни документи. Е-Архивиране е съотносимо към цялостното функциониране на държавната администрация, то е хоризонтален процес в рамките на електронното управление (е-Управление), който не се ограничава само до използването на електронни документи и услуги, а е пряко свързан с дейността на цялата държавна администрация.Осигуряването на ефективно взаимодействие между цялата администрация и държавните архиви ще се постигне с реализирането на следните дейности в проекта: - създаване на единна нормативна и методическа база за е-Архивиране на ценни електронни документи;- разработване и внедряване на система за е-Архивиране на ценни електронни документи;- цифровизация на аудиовизуални документи, съхранявани в държавните архиви;- обучение на служители на фондообразуватели на държавните архиви за работа със системата за е-Архивиране на ценни електронни документи.Изпълнението на проекта ще допринесе за модернизация и трансформация на процесите по организация, експертиза, съхранение и използване на електронните документи в държавните и общинските институции. С изпълнението на проекта ще се осигури публичен достъп до съхраняваните ценни електронни документи в цифрова форма. (Bulgarian)
