Проектът ще осигури подкрепа за развитие на хориз. и централни с-ми на ел. управление, с оглед реализиране на Единния модел за заявяване, плащане и предоставяне на електронни административни услуги (ЕАУ), утвърден от председателя на Държавна агенция „Електронно управление“ (ДАЕУ). Ключови хоризонтални системи на ел. управление за реализиране на Единния модел за заявяване, заплащане и предоставяне на ЕАУ (Единен модел) са:Единен портал за достъп до ел. административни услуги (ЕПДЕАУ);Система за ел. автентикация (еАвт);Система за управление на ел. форми (еФорми);Система за ел. оторизация (еОтор);Система за проверка валидността на персонален сертификат (еВалидиране);Система за обмен на справочна и удостоверителна информация (RegiX);Система за ел. плащане (еПлащане);Система за ел. връчване (еВръчване);Система за ел. подписване и валидиране (еПодписване и еВалидиране); Система за ел. известяване (еИзвестявяане);Система за подаване и обработка на жалби и сигнали;Система за анонимизиране и псевдонимизиране на данни и уникално идентифициране на физически лица в ключови база данни на ДАдминистрация;Разработване на мобилно приложение за Андроид и IOS операционни с-ми за достъп до ЕПДЕАУ;Централизирано хранилище за удостоверителна и справочна информация.Всички необходими хориз. с-ми на ел. управление за реализацията на Единния модел са налични към момента с изключение на С-мата за еФорми, която ще бъде разработена в рамките на проекта. За наличните хориз. с-ми ще се извърши разширяване на функционалности и изграждане на интерфейси, които да осигурят и гарантират работоспособността на основния и на помагателните работни процеси, изпълнявани при предоставяне на ел. админ. услуги за бизнеса и за гражданите. В рамките на проекта ще бъдат обучени служители от администрациите за работа с хоризонталните системи на е-управлението и ще бъдат популяризирани възможностите за използване на Единния модел, чрез създаване на хартиени и видео материали.
