This project proposal of the applicant aims to create a craft workshop in the village of Okorsh, Dulovo Municipality. Dragomir Ivanov holds a Master’s qualification and a Master’s Certificate for the craft “Artistic woodworking and wood-carving”. The applicant plans to create in its own property in the village of Okorsh, a craft workshop in which to practice the specific craft and perform demonstration activities. An extension, reconstruction and change of use of the semi-massive business building in the property will be made with a view to adapting it to the needs of the craft business. The applicant envisages using one of the premises in the building for the demonstration of craft activities. Dragomir Ivanov will organise groups of visitors to demonstrate the process of art processing of wood and carving using manual labor combined with special machines (installation for art processing of wood and laser machine/gravir). Customers — visitors will have the opportunity to participate themselves in the amateur production of a product under the guidance of master Ivanov. With the realisation of the project, the applicant will develop a competitive and profitable activity that will contribute to both the revival of cultural heritage and the diversification of non-agricultural activities in the specific rural area. The lack of competition in the area of the municipality of Dulovo with regard to the activity that the applicant is planning to develop will enable him to fill the existing market niche with sustainable, unique and profitable activity. Настоящото проектно предложение на кандидата има за цел създаването на занаятчийска работилница в с. Окорш, община Дулово. Драгомир Иванов притежава квалификация Майстор и Майсторско свидетелство за занаята „Художествена обработка на дърво и дърворезба”. Кандидатът планира да създаде в собствен имот в с. Окорш, занаятчийска работилница, в която да практикува конкретния занаят и да извършва демонстрационни дейности. Ще бъде направена пристройка, преустройство и промяна предназначение на полумасивната стопанска постройка в имота с оглед приспособяването й за нуждите на занаятчийската дейност. Кандидатът предвижда да използва едно от помещенията в сградата за демонстрация на занаятчийската дейност. Драгомир Иванов ще организира групи посетители, на които ще демонстрира процеса на художествена обработка на дърво и дърворезба, използвайки ръчен труд в съчетание със специални машини (инсталация за художествена обработка на дърво и лазерна машина/гравир). Клиентите - посетители ще имат възможност и сами да участват в любителска изработката на изделие под напътствията на майстор Иванов. С реализирането на проекта кандидатът ще развие конкурентоспособна и печеливша дейност, която ще допринесе както за възраждане на културното наследство, така и за диверсификацията на неземеделските дейности в конкретния селски район.
