The project proposal provides for the organisation and implementation of specialised trainings for the employees of the Directorate of Nature Park “Vitosha” in order to increase the specialised knowledge and skills in different areas related to the management and control of the protected area. The project plans the realisation of seven trainings with different numbers of employees according to their needs and their official functions and duties. The trainings will be carried out both on the territory of Sofia and in the country. The planned trainings are as follows:1. Проектното предложение предвижда организиране и провеждане на специализирани обучения за служителите от Дирекцията на Природен парк "Витоша" с цел повишаване на специализираните знания и умения в различни области, свързани с управлението и контрола на защитената територия.Проектът планира реализирането на седем обучения с различен брой служители според необходимостта и служебните им функции и задължения. Обученията ще бъдат проведени както на територията на гр. София, така и в страната. Предвидените обучения са както следва:1. Организиране и провеждане на специализирано обучение на тема "Специализирана статистика за обработка на данни, генерирани при провеждане на мониторинг на биологични видове и при мониторинг на води";2. Организиране и провеждане на специализирано обучение на тема " Горска педагогика – основни принципи. Методи и добри практики за работа с деца";3.Организиране и провеждане на специализирано обучение на тема „Набиране на средства за осъществяване на мероприятия в Природен парк „Витоша“ чрез дарения - планиране, наблюдение, отчетност";4. Организиране и провеждане на специализирано обучение на тема "Основи на планинарството и безопасност в планината"; 5. Организиране и провеждане на специализирано обучение на тема "Повишаване на теоретичните и практичните знания и умения на експертите от ДПП "Витоша" в областта на флората и фауната на Витоша";6.Организиране и провеждане на специализирано обучение на тема „Актуални промени в Закона за устройство на територията, Закона за кадастъра и имотния регистър.
